She was always polite and professional, and she helped us with our coupon situation. We had business in the area, and it'd been a while since I'd been into my favorite store, so I decided to get some necessary items for my closet. I really wanted to love this Purpose Built sweatshirt, but there are some serious design flaws that need to be addressed. First and foremost, the drawstring is dangerously long. I've had multiple close calls--almost catching it on fire or having it get caught in doors or other objects. There is no practical reason for a drawstring to be this long, and it poses a real safety hazard. Please fix this. Now for the other details: Pros: Warm and thick material: It definitely keeps you warm in colder conditions. Stylish design: It has a modern look that's easy to pair with everyday outfits. Cons: Poor stitching: After just a short time of wear, the seam on the right sleeve already came undone. Very disappointing. Sizing runs small: I bought a medium and tried it on in store, and it fit great at first. But after just one wash, it shrunk significantly and now fits more like a small. I recommend sizing up one or even two sizes, especially if you plan to machine wash it. Final Thoughts: This sweatshirt has potential, but between the hazardous drawstring and the quality control issues, it's not something I can recommend just yet. After taxes, you're looking at over a $70 sweatshirt, and for that price, the quality should be much better.

One of the items I was returning did not have a tag, which occasionally happens when items are shipped. She told me, in a harsh tone, that if I ever brought an item without a tag again, the return would not be accepted. I explained that the trousers had arrived that same day and were sent to me without a tag. Her response felt accusatory, as though I had done something wrong. When I mentioned that items should be sent with tags attached, she said she was not responsible and was only enforcing store policy. The situation escalated when she abruptly stopped the return, threw the items she had already processed back toward me, and loudly said, "I will not help you--go to someone else," while making dismissive gestures. I was very shaken and confused by the way I was treated, as I have never attempted to return worn items or abuse the return policy in any way. --She did not greet me when I approached, unlike the other cashiers, and appeared visibly upset. I left the store feeling shaken and had to take a moment before driving away. I asked for her name so I could follow up with a manager, but I was unable to get it.
