This place just sold me fake Needohs. They have real boxes, but the Needohs are 100% fake. Buyer beware.

I got on this cool machine that evaluated my feet which would help her find the proper fitting shoes based on my feet. Pretty cool! She also was able to email it to me so I have for future reference. She brought out 4 pairs of sneakers for me and inserts that would help my feet feel more supported in them. And they really do make a difference. I opted for the Hokas - I was really trying not to get them but they were the most comfortable ones out of the 4. The inserts are expensive and so are Hokas but I did get them so my feet can get relief. Update: I have worn them several times, it does take a bit of getting used to walking in them but these shoes hug my feet and it takes the pain away. It's definitely a different feeling from the other sneakers I've been wearing (Allbirds) which I loved but found I needed much better support. This place has wonderful shoes, supportive flip flops (Oofos), sandals, inserts and pretty handbags as well. So thank you Melissa for your help that afternoon and being very patient and so knowledgeable.

Stopped into Road Runner Sports in Concord looking for a new shoe for my upcoming Presidio race and ended up having a really great experience. I was greeted immediately and helped by Travis, who walked me through their foot analysis process. They have a scanner that provides a detailed report on your foot size, gait, arch type, and overall movement patterns. It was fascinating to see all the information and learn more about how I walk and train. After trying several options, I went with the Nike Pegasus 42, and they are incredibly comfortable. I also signed up for their VIP Family program, which includes discounts on purchases and a 90-day return policy, making it easy to feel confident about the investment. The store carries a great selection of running, walking, and athletic shoes for both men and women, along with apparel, supplements, socks, and accessories. The experience was so good that I actually went back the next day and picked up the cutest running hat that says "Cheaper Than Therapy Run Club." I fully plan on wearing it to the race. On my second visit, Alberto helped me and provided the same excellent customer service. I also learned about their weekly community run/walk club, which meets Thursdays at 6 PM and utilizes the nearby Iron Horse Regional Trail. It's open to runners, walkers, families, kids, and even dogs, making it a welcoming option for all fitness levels. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great resource whether you're a seasoned runner or someone just beginning their journey.

He noticed my mother-in-law was wearing a 7.5 wide and although it was a good fit, suggested an 8 wide instead to better accommodate her feet. And it was! She felt more balance and less tension and it showed on the treadmill when she was able to increase her MPH. He didn't just stop at the size, though; he performed a full walking analysis and constantly monitored her stride to ensure the fit was perfect. Even though the store was incredibly busy, Marcos never rushed us. He must have gone back and forth to the stockroom at least a dozen times to pull different options, knowing full well we were only there to buy one pair. He personally swapped her insoles into every single shoe she tried on--and we probably went through about 8 different pairs in various sizes. His expertise really shines when he talks about the technical side of things, like toe-gap and overall comfortability. On top of the technical fit, he has a great eye for aesthetics; he picked out colors that perfectly matched my mother-in-law's personal style. It's rare to find this kind of dedicated service. We will definitely be coming back to see Marcos when it's time to get shoes for my wife!

I informed her that I wanted to buy the Jordan's displayed on the wall. However, she ignored me to attend to a younger Caucasian adult male. She took him to the back, showed him various items, and engaged in conversation. Ultimately, he departed without making a purchase. She lost a guaranteed sale from me after that incident and likely caused Foot Locker to lose a valued customer, which gives the store a negative reputation due to her discriminatory behavior. I went back downstairs to Journey's to buy a different shoe that the salesperson had shown me earlier before going upstairs to footlocker. They acknowledged my complaint and said this is how that store typically treats its customers. Don't shop there you guys. We deserve better service from better quality than this sh!t hole. I would be ashamed to have some one representing my company. They will do nothing about it I will bet.

Looking around for an employee for a few minutes I grabbed the shoe and went to the counter. I was met by several different people mid way back of the store asking if I needed this shoe. I don't see why all employees are in the back of the store when the majority of people are in the front? I requested my shoe from a friendly associate she went to get the shoes. About 10 minutes later she came out of the back with a Nike in her hand and she saw me and said she'd go back and get the shoe. Okay, but why. I got the shoes. I went to the register and had already realized the $10 price difference in the shoes online retailer Uggs.com, and Macy's which were $10 less then Footlocker. Since it's the Holiday season and I was in a hurry I didn't want to walk all the way through the mall to Macy's. I figured Footlocker would be competitively priced, nope. Also, at the register I asked if they price matched and the person checking me out was polite and said they'd have to get a manager to find out. I didn't want to cause a scene as being a troubling customer so I told them to disregard that. I believe it could have been possibe for this Footlocker to get five stars. However, I notice many bad reviews and unfortunately I had to ad another. Hope to see a better Footlocker soon.

I bought Jordan 4 black canvas in July and I found out they actually cost $210 (retail cost) alone…read more At the time the seller told me he would sell the shoes for $450 but they charged me around $568 however the receipt doesn't tell me what the extra charge was. Didn't say if it was taxes or shipping. They told me the estimated time for arrival was supposed to be a week but even after two weeks nothing arrived. We texted the seller as well as called and he never picked up until we tried from a different phone number in which the seller told us that it was ready for pick up, but by this point we just wanted a refund. We sent a claim to the bank and when the bank tried to investigate the store told the bank that the shoes were picked up in store during purchase but that's not true. So we called the seller again and he said that the shoes were in store and sitting in the stock room with no name or information of the client. I know that in Macys if the merchandise is not picked up within two months that the employees can keep whatever was bought. That might be the case here as well. This is after two months as well. I decided I'll just go to the store and pick them up despite the fact that the store is 3 hours away. When I asked why there was extra chargers they told me it was due to taxes but the taxes said 0 then they back tracked saying it was shipping except they never did ship it or refund the shipping cost. They never were able to explain why the extra charges were made. The manager ended up calling the original seller who apparently had told me that the shipping cost was because they shipped the shoes from their LA store to the Walnut Creek store and that it would cost me more which is ridiculous considering the library doesn't even charge for that. They didn't tell me that I would be charged for between stores. The cherry on top is that the shoes are creased, and I was charged an extra $118. An extra 118??? Despite being so inconvenienced by the situation?? Don't buy from them, they are poorly managed, very unprofessional and a scam. This has caused me so much stress, and it was supposed to be a happy occasion as it is a gift for my son. This has also caused him stress since he knows about the whole situation.
