I use to shop at another store and I would buy $50 or more worth of clothes and then I'll only get them to wear them once because the quality was so poor, the clothes would rip in the washer and dryer. But with Delia's, I can wash them as many times and still wear them over and over again. Plus, the sales girl there are nice and friendly!

We've been very frustrated visiting this store on multiple occasions. The store gives coupons and…read morediscounts (buy one get one free), but there always seems to be a problem checking out, and the salesgirls do not seem to know what they are doing or care. Today was no exception. My daughter to to try try on clothes. Several girls were working and chatting about their weekends. On 2 occasions I went over and asked for help and did receive help. However, no one cam e back to the dressing room to see if we needed different sizes or help matching items. I had to do it all- very frustrating. Finally we were leaving as the store was closing and one salesgirl was trying to rush us out of the store. We found her to be brusque and clearly disappointment that we were taking up her time. She proceeded to overcharge us $25 for our clothes (the clothes should have been $50 total and she charged us $75- bug difference!). When I told her that we were overcharged she looked annoyed and changed the prices but with no apology of any kind. Delias has cute clothes, but they are very overpriced for both the quality of the clothes and for the poor service.

Also if possible fix y'all's website because y'all must not understand how frustrating it is to book an appointment, get up to come to the mall, and y'all are just closed. We booked an appointment to get our ears pierced at 10:30am (since y'all suppose to open at 10am) and then y'all aren't there it's annoying. We gave the benefit of the doubt and tried to give y'all until 11am to open since other stores around y'all were and yet y'all still didn't. If it's due to short staff or what the case maybe then work on accommodating that, shift the hours, and make a sign informing people it's not hard at all.

It's a brand new year and I think people need to accept what is and if not change their attitude because if they continue on a path of destructiveness or, a constant poking at someone eventually someone is going to get upset. The store was not busy yesterday and we love shopping here and we do quite a bit. In fact, I think my husband chops here more than I do but that's neither here nor there Yesterday we were in line, and there was about seven of us in line, and this guy was being very aggressive to two women that were standing at the end close to the door. he was slamming them because he wanted to return furniture and was told he can return it at any store. The first woman who looked like a manager said to him "I'm sorry we just don't have the space to hold your furniture you'll have to go back to the store you purchased it" he was not having that, and he became very aggressive, and very nasty with both women. The one woman walked away, but she was very calm, Cool and collected as was the other girl. I get it can't find enough help and with the weather, you can't get enough help to come into work. But I have to praise both women because they handled themselves with class and respecting one another, and they stood their ground with a calm and collected manner. The associate would not tell me the managers name rightfully so it's really none of my business but I did get the other girls name. It started with a J that's all I could remember but I will continue to shop here, but what I didn't like was this guy's behavior thinking that he can come into a store any store and dominate not only a conversation but he was or shall I say my husband said his behavior was inexcusable. We will continue to shop here. But I will praise both women yesterday they were incredibly kind not only to him, but I've seen them before, and they are always that way when I come in.

We popped in with nothing in particular on our radar, but I always enjoy the hats and shirts at MH. The hat selection was okay, as was the shirt selection. Pricing did not seem super reflective of outlet pricing for majority of the items in the store. We were in the store for about 10 minutes, made eye contact with both Associates, one behind the register and one on the floor, and not either time did someone acknowledge or speak to us. Seems super odd, especially with a high energy brand like Mountain High and the fact that the store is fairly small, so we were rubbing elbows and not talking. Overall, the service is what stands out for me, which is a bummer, because I enjoy visiting Mountain High when I come across a location.
