One thing about Southern Fried Chics is the quality usually is really good. It does take a long…read moretime to get their product and sometimes I forget I even ordered it by the time I get it. But we have to remember that it is a small company and it's only on the pre-order stuff I have noticed the price has increased quite a bit as I have been buying from them for many years now, but I never ever am disappointed in something that I buy unless it's too big or too small because it's really a pain to return items when you're buying off the Internet and I don't mean with just Southern Fried Chics I mean everywhere I don't want to do any returns. So I usually either just keep it and hope I lose weight lol or I always seem to give it to somebody for a gift and I order the correct size.

I normally don't post things like this, but transparency matters…read more I was being onboarded for a Sales Manager position at a Rock Hill location. I received a formal offer letter and start date from the hiring team. After that, I was told my background check through First Advantage needed additional processing time. That process took nearly three weeks. During that time, I stayed in consistent contact. The final week, communication stopped completely. No updates. No clear answer. No start date. I had already left my previous job based on the written offer. It has now been over a month and a half. I am currently behind on rent and bills because I relied on a position that never materialized. When I called for clarification, I was told the manager who handled my onboarding is no longer with the company. Since then, my calls have not been returned. If a company chooses not to move forward with a candidate, that is their decision. But professionalism requires communication. A clear yes or no shows respect for someone's time and livelihood. I'm sharing this to highlight the importance of accountability and transparency in hiring. I am actively seeking new opportunities in sales or leadership in the Rock Hill or Charlotte area and am ready to contribute immediately.

I have to wonder about a few of the mannequin outfits (orange tie on a blue shirt?) and some of the rather odd colored sportscoats. But that's today's fashion, right? Prices were a little on the high side but consistent with what I would expect in a department store. I did see quite a few associates about including at the register.

I took my almost teenage daughter here on Saturday. My daughter likes this store but I do not. The…read moreclothes are definately geared to the under 25 demographic. The clothes are cheaply made ( I stretched the seams) and won't last a year. The shirt my daughter bought was $3 which was what is was worth. Hopefully my daughter will get more educated about the pitfalls of fast fashion when she is older.
