Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. The parking lot is kind of small so it can be tricky to get in and out of. You will find the tire shop located next to the Truist (previously Suntrust) bank. My husband recommended Vick Tires because our usual tire place closed at noon on Saturday. They were pretty busy with 3 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. It took about 45 minutes to get the tires replaced and balanced, but the staff was very friendly. I appreciated being able to get new tires the same day. I was also happy to hear that I was warranted for 60K miles, since I purchased new tires. This location sells used tires also, but did not have them in the size for my vehicle. Overall, I would return to purchase new tires, but they do not offer alignment, so I will need to do that soon with my mechanic.
