Scheduled a tire rotation TWICE with no success since as other people have mentioned they are not great with scheduling these. Went to another place to get a tire rotation and was told that the tire was "out of round" not perfectly round throwing off the balance and that this could have been caught initially if they would have drove the car and tested it. When we called to inquire about a warranty they said it wasn't one. Unfortunately, although the truck looks good this place wont be getting anymore out of our money.

TAS was the last people to have their hands on that tire! They did not take responsibility nor showed any sympathy or concern and instead said anything could have happened in 45 days to make the tire come off. What happened is the shade tree mechanics that work and run TAS did not tighten the lug nuts! That's what happened! Stay clear of these shade tree mechanics and the poorest excuse for management I've ever delt with! Buyer beware!

They installed the wrong parts, parts I didn't need, one part was installed incorrectly, defective parts, some of the work made the problem worse. I got excuses including high mileage etc., and finally was told they didn't know what else they could do. I had thousands of dollars invested and didn't just want to throw it away. I took my car to another shop, which is how I learned it was entirely fixable, because when they took out all the work Weaver did and replaced the parts that were wrong and installed other parts I needed and when they finished, the car was perfect. I am more sorry than anybody that it didn't work out the first, second, third or fourth time going to Weaver because it cost me a lot of money. I know most people have had good results with Weaver. I did too for about 40 years, but I was told by a manager on my fourth visit, "I don't know what else we can do."

They kept my car overnight, just to tell me that they drove it and confirmed that the noise is from the transmission. But they don't specialize in transmissions, so I need to take it somewhere else. They charged me $70 just to tell me what I already told them, knowing that they couldn't fix the problem. Others have since shared similar experiences with them. The lack of integrity here is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service anymore.

If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol.
