Wow! The location. Attention to detail. Staff. Pricing. Complimentary internet. On-site (reasonably priced) parking. Indoor pool and hot tub. Full-service spa. Shoot, there's even a bowling alley on-site. What a gem! I stayed at the Hotel Blackhawk a Saturday in December. The rooms were super unique. Walking in all you see is a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Next to a couch and chair with a tv. But alas! Around the corner was the bedroom with large bathroom. The floor plan is super unique. A co-worker from the area told me that in the early 2000s (2006?) a fire started in a meth lab on the eighth floor. It was that fire that prompted new ownership and a multi million restoration. The entire project took just over two years. And boy did they do a good job. The Hotel Blackhawk is connected via skywalks to the RiverCenter/Adler Theatre and Raddison Quad City Plaza Hotel. While, technically, the Hotel Blackhawk is a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel-- it is independently owned and operated. Without a doubt when I am in the Quad Cities next I will be staying at the Hotel Blackhawk and you know what? You should, too. read more

Solid stay while in town for a conference. The front desk situation is a little different than standard - it is two desks, which takes half a second to figure out as they are not super well labeled. Staff were friendly, though not outgoing, I wandered for a tiny bit clearly looking for where to check in, and the person could have called out to me, but didn't/ Not a huge ding, but also a missed opportunity to provide service. Room was clean and comfortable, if oddly shaped. Bathroom had everything I needed, and was spacious. The connivence to the next door River Center, where the conference took place, was perfect - I could easily cross the street, or if weather was inclement, could take the skybridge. I booked a stay at the Blackhawk for a couple of days in July 2025. My in-laws had their anniversary party there years ago, and I thought it would be nice to reminisce as I was bringing my kids to visit their dad's, and my late husband's, gravesite. When entering, the hotel looks very elegant. However, the room itself smelled like mildew, the bathroom floor was sticky with urine stains, the shower was grimy and falling apart, and the bedsheets had hair and stains on them. My husband and I went to complain, and the desk clerk, who didn't even stand up, kept putting his finger up to us as we were "interrupting" his walkie talkie conversation. The manager came over, and we told her about the room. I also told her that it was not a room I could stay in. Now, here is what she said, "I completely emphasize with you. You will not be charged, and I hope you find somewhere you will be comfortable." Ummmm, what?!? I told her we were there so my middle and high school aged kids could visit their dad's grave. She then suggested other hotels. She didn't offer any other rooms, she didn't offer a free stay, she kicked us out, basically! I was flabbergasted. I was appalled. This was in the evening, where were we supposed to go after driving several hours?!? This didn't go over well with me, as you could imagine. Then, as we were packing up the room, she had sent security to make sure we were leaving!! I have been to many, many hotels, and even the "cheap" ones didn't treat me like this. I've stayed at the blackhawk many times over the last decade of work in the quad cities and over the years their decline is obvious. This last trip was the last straw. I stayed at the Hotel Blackhawk between 06/01/25 - 06/10/25 in room 314 and left with a severe case of bed bug bites - confirmed by photos and my Primary care physician. What's worse is how the hotel handled it: They responded to my initial email and said they would do an inspection, then ghosted me on all communication. I emailed twice with no response. I called and left a message for the room manager detailing the situation - still no follow-up. No offer to update me on the investigation, compensate, or even acknowledge the health risk. This wasn't a case of one or two bites. I have multiple welts, discomfort, and disrupted sleep from a situation that was entirely avoidable. I've had to deep clean my belongings and had to replace luggage, and clothing just to avoid bringing the infestation home. It's incredibly disappointing for a hotel that once was so lovely to have fallen so far and to ignore something this serious. Whether it was neglect, lack of protocol, or just poor customer service, I strongly advise against staying here until they demonstrate accountability and proper sanitation standards. I'm one who likes to give good reviews. The only good review I have about Hotel Blackhawk Autograph Collection is that there night auditor Dana was the only person who cared enough to help myself and my husband survive a hotel room with no heat. We were there on business for 3 days and 4 nights. When we checked in the temperature in our room was 58 degrees. The front desk clerk that night, the front desk clerk the next morning, even the housekeeping staff person gave us the same speech: "turn off the control, wait a few minutes and turn it back on and it should go up. If it does not please let us know and we will seen someone from engineering up right away." Interesting that I would know this speech that was obviously part of there training to say if this problem arise. This says to me that this has happen before. No engineering person ever showed up and by Sunday night as the room temperature went down to 52 degrees and none of the front office staff (except Dana) followed up with us to our detriment. Once Dana found out about what happen she had us change rooms and made sure that the room we changed to had a consistent warm temperature. Marriot properties had strict policies that front desk personal follow up with any problems with guests and unfortunately that didn't happen until our last night. Dana is a treasure and if she wants to move up in this hotel I highly suggest that you promote her. The pool and hot tub need a major renovation. The pool floor was peeling and had cracks in it. The windows in the pool area looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. Shout out to your wonderful bartending staff. They were very accommodating to our group. Despite our bad experience we will be back next year as the hotel is close to the River Center where we worked and we hope that we will have a better experience. read more

Not worth the price. Clean and attractively decorated, but our mattress was sagging in the middle! Woke up with lower back pain. Tried to pay our bill with a Marriott gift card, but the front desk clerk said he didn't know how to do it, so he took a picture of the card to process later. A couple days later, my credit card was charged the full price for the room. I called to talk to the front desk about it, and they transferred me to the voicemail of someone who never bothered to return my call. read more

We met family here for a late Christmas get-together. I was a little worried because of some of the negative reviews. Oh, boy, there was nothing to worry about here! Our room was quiet (no paper thin walls here!!), large, and super nice. Lots of times, bathrooms are tiny but that's not the case here. Our room had a shower and a tub plus a TV in the mirror! Bath towels were large and soft...true luxury. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a motel. Everything was very clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff was extemely courteous. We need another reason to go to Davenport so we can stay here again! read more

Universal machine cables are worn Beyond repair, they need replacement, bench was so worn out I couldn't use it. I decided to rate my experience overall as a 1 out of 10. The reason the rating is so low is because this is the second event I have attended and now hosted through Hotel Blackhawk. The first event was an event last year for a brunch that Hotel Blackhawk was selling tickets for... I believe it was for Mother's Day. The event was handled so poorly, not enough food for guests, poor table service, and the food that was available was poor quality. This event ended so badly that my family was given a gift card for $500 to compensate for the ticket prices due to the horrible event. I trusted the Hotel Blackhawk to handle my personal event better than a public ticketed event, but I was far from. Instead I received a phone call on my wedding day asking if I was attending my event... the event was for the next day not the day of my wedding, but it was messed up on the Hotel Blackhawks side. I have my contacts saved with the date. It took several phone calls between me and my fiancé to solve the scheduling issue... while trying to get ready the morning of our wedding day. Second, I reserved the room for 70 people and I am fine paying for the food that was provided for the guests I was expecting. Unfortunately I was not expecting a $500 service charge for one server that most of my guests did not interact with. The only time I interacted with the server was when I was asked to pay for the bill. This was extremely unprofessional. I have had to correct the date of the event, ask for breakdowns of pricing, ask random people in the hotel where the event was even located because staff was far and few between. The service provided for this event and the event in the past is NOT worth the price that is being charged. This is unfortunate as I am a Davenport local and have understood the Hotel Blackhawk to be a nice establishment that holds service to a higher standard. My own mother was married here and we are well aware this is not how event spaces should operate or have operated in the past here. $3,000 spent and all my time on my wedding morning and the day of the event... wasted. read more

Don't stay here! So I saw the reviews and they were mixed so I decided to give it a shot. Things started off well as the interior is really nice, it may be one of the best interiors in the Quad cities we also got upgraded to a larger suite. And then things went down hill... So they have a bowling alley and arcade in the basement. Well not all the lanes are open and we down around 11pm - since it's "free" you don't have any idea how long the wait will be. Not giving an answer ok why they just couldn't open up more lanes for us. Next morning we attempted to get some breakfast burritos from the cafe.....no line and the slowest service ever...I think she was trying to set a record on how long she could take...we weren't in a rush...but then needed to be in one.... Before checking out I let the front desk person know that we might be late checking out...noon. She said that was fine and even said bye to us when we left at 11:15am Got the emailed bill and was charged for 2 nights and not 1. Okay simple mistake. Call the front desk and the same lady recognized us. She said that on Tuesday the Director would be in and would correct it. I get it that mistakes happen. Just quickly fix and address them. Guess what? Tuesday No correction on Tuesday - so I called and spoke to the front desk person he said he too would leave her a message. He also provided me with the Directors name and phone number. Did she call nope? Wednesday Called the front desk, they apologized and put me on hold, then eventually hung up on me. Note I'm just trying to get them to correct a mistake they made. Called the director and left another voicemail. Thursday Same thing called the front desk and said they couldn't do anything, needed the Director to approve. Put me on hold and then disconnect. Director never calls back. Friday Got into touch with Corporate and they escalated my issue. Got refunded for both nights and got an apology from corporate. Did the hotel ever call - nope. Advice If you do stay here - believe the negative reports (especially if you are a minority). The experience is hit or miss. But regardless triple check your bill. My sense is the management team is padding bills so they can meet financial goals - hoping no one checks or complains. Ramifications So we actually liked the interior and were planning to stay here every year. But won't be staying here. And by the way we come to Quad cities for an athletic event. The team need 25 rooms. We were going to book this place for the team next year - but they lost out. So around ~$3000/ year revenue lost for next 3 years. Plus if the team decides to stay after that. Plus any parents who decided to book with them. So around ~$10,000 lost trying to screw us out of $150. But they made $0 off us and lost a ton of business. Who knows he many people will read my rant and decide not to stay there. This is a perfect example of why some businesses go out of business and underperform. Poor service, poor management cause people jobs. Heck if they had just addressed the billing issue we might have come back. But not addressing it was icing on the cake. Good businesses don't let things come to this point or when they do they addresses them. I had some issues with the rooms right after checking in. The first initial room had food in the fridge still, the carpet look like it hasn't been vacuumed and ultimately... when pulling the sheets back, there was surely hair partials and dust. I had called the front desk and the front desk lady wasn't very friendly ( since the initial check in ) she took quite a bit to change me rooms and follow back up with me... so I was just stuck in the room. I was moved a few doors down. Second room, looked cleaner ( thank god ) but I found a used bar soap in the bathroom shower area but hey- if it's cleaner than the last. Fine. It was already getting late. It was too good to be true- I found more hair under the sheets, hair on the pillows, and even grosser than the initial room. The housekeeper definitely took short cuts and did not change the sheets. I went downstairs and honestly, frustrated. I spoke to the manager and she completely changed me floors. She was very helpful and Understanding. Third time was the charm! Room was clean and bed sheets- clean!!! Hair and grossness-free! I'd definitely advise on housekeeping audits to ensure the rooms are indeed clean and housekeepers aren't taking short cuts. I travel for work and these are points that are extremely important than anything else- room cleanliness! 2 stars for the hotel manager. 1 star for the hotel uniqueness. A little grossed out about the room- I may or may not want to stay here again- personally after the experience but I appreciate the hotel manager taking the efforts to make it better. read more

I've stayed at the Blackhawk 12 times over the past year and a half. It's a beautifully restored autograph hotel. However, the service and attention to detail have fallen off over the past year. The hallway floors are dirty, and the rooms are not cleaned well. This past weekend, our company stayed in 6 rooms for 4 days. My first room smelled like a wet dog. When they moved us to another room on the 7th floor, there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they informed us that they did not have any clean ones so they offered hand towels. The carpets looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. There was sticky rings from drinks on the end tables. The shower was not clean and there was hair on the tile floors. The elevators were very messy. The grooves for the elevator doors were filled with food scraps. The hallway chest in the elevator area on the seventh floor had food smeared across the top (which was mirrored). We ate at the Bix Bar. The food was very good as always but it took a long time to get a drink order and a menu. The bar and restaurant were completely understaffed. Unfortunately, this hotel is no longer the "place-to-stay" in Davenport and if the owners are not careful, they will lose more loyal customers like me. read more

The hotel has a nice look to it but the details are all amiss. The exercise room is almost all broken and old - even the one bench press needs to be thrown away. The biggest perk of this hotel is the nice architecture. But from there, it goes a bit down hill. Despite arriving at ~9:30, we had to wait multiple minutes for someone to help us check in. When she did arrive at the desk, she was fairly cold to us. Not the end of the world, but especially at an autograph collection hotel I would expect perhaps a warmer welcome. When we got to our room, we found that the room had not been sufficiently cleaned. For example, the toilet seat still had dried up urine from the prior visitor in the seat, and the shower handle had some kind of film over it. Though these would be upsetting anytime, it was particularly frustrating during a global pandemic when you expect things to be thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, of the 4 pillows that were on our bed, they were different sizes, which made it a bit awkward to sleep. For what we paid for I was disappointed. The hotel itself was of course beautiful and full of history I love that but that is aesthetics. The rooms were dark and you could not control the temperature, and in the middle of winter that matters. I have to admit the TV in the mirror was really cool! I do not care for paying fee on top of fee, expensive but mediocre food and amenities that are complimentary at other less expensive and more inviting hotels. We came in town for a family reunion/90th birthday party for my grandparents recently. Ultimately, everybody decided to stay here and had the actual event here as well. It's located near the riverfront in downtown Davenport, and I must say they've done a great job with this hundred-year-old building. We have three kiddos, one of whom is still learning how to go to bed, Which means we've started looking for two bedroom options when hot. They had a number of them that were available here. Upon entering, the place looks like an upscale apartment building crossed with a hotel. The parking lot is opposite the actual check in area so you'll end up walking a short way to the front desk. Parking is free but does require a placard on the dashboard so be forewarned! The rooms look like apartments with very nice finishes and lots of space. The two bedroom suites have a nice kitchen and some good space for hanging out in the living room area. Both bathrooms are very adequate with a large master bathroom. There were a total of 3 TVs in the rooms AND a TV in the mirrors in the bathrooms! Note to self - get bathroom TV! The only negatives were with little details - like the shower head leaking a bit, the curtains not totally covering the windows and with the bathroom TVs not working great. Pretty minor stuff but kept them from a perfect score! Big plus for the flavored water in the lobby! Pool and hot tub were on the 3rd floor and were both fun, but be forewarned that the tiles were very slick. Almost everyone fell at some point regardless of how fast they were going. Price was very reasonable for a really nice hotel! This is a spot we'll be back to the next time we're in town! read more

For our anniversary, Hubby and I decided to splurge on a stay at Hotel Blackhawk when in Davenport for a wedding (also held at the hotel) -- and we're so glad we did!! The entire hotel has a historic, upscale vibe that had us impressed when we walked in. Our room was fantastic! I know everyone has different opinions about how soft a bed should be, but the Hotel Blackhawk beds are so comfortable! Sheets, towels, and everything else was very clean and tidy. The bathroom has both a tub and a glass shower, AND a tv! We also enjoyed a quick dip in the pool and drinks at the hotel bar. The bar staff and wedding event staff were so friendly! Extra shoutouts to JJ and Tammy for making our night a ton of fun and serving up some great drinks. Our only complaint would be that the staff was MIA when we were trying to check-in, and never answered the phone when we called to ask about early check-in. The rest of our stay was truly without a hitch though, so it was still 5 stars in my book! read more

We experienced challenges with the AC for our first night and the staff worked tirelessly to help. They kept us updated with repairs and ultimately were able to get us another room after asking other guests who didn't mind to switch in a booked hotel on a saturday night. special thanks to Missy at the front desk. she was amazing. read more

I stayed here and I would never do it again! First red flag, I see pieces of the wall and trim missing (VERY unkept building). In my room I saw bed bug prints in my bedding and not to mention the horrible smell! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has any class. read more

My wife and I got married here, and were along for the COVID ride. Scheduled to marry in 2020, we postponed everything until a year later minus a day. We switched staff a couple of times but ended up with Kate. Beyond a little confusion about the food tasting (part of that was on us) she was very helpful, collaborative and supportive for our wedding. We didn't have a planner, so I'm sure there was a little more work on her end but she really did a lot for us. We had a soft Disney theme and we ended up coordinating the serving of the food to Disney's "Be Our Guest" and the serving team went above and beyond to make that a showy experience. We also didn't want a traditional wedding cake so they helped us collaborate on a tiered pizza for our "cutting" which was wonderful (from Chicago, represent). Small touches like that really helped our wedding go from great to amazing. I feel like some rooms got mixed up due to the postponement and I'm not sure if we got the traditional newlywed room. It was a little smaller than we though but still very nice and the jacuzzi tub was great after a long day. Everyone could not stop raving about how good our food was, and we couldn't agree more. Some absolutely amazing steak" chicken, and sides. The late night snack was advertised as sliders but they were basically burgers with how big they were. Bartenders, chefs, waitstaff, front desk staff were all great and pleasures to be around. Overall Hotel Blackhawk and their staff helped us achieve our dream wedding during terrible times and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I'm a Platinum guest and this is one of the most terrible customer service hotels I've ever stayed at with Marriott. I've had encountered two different front desk personnel just not doing their job properly. I asked if they could have utensils send to my room and they redirect me to the restaurant instead of assisting with the request. I have been charged extra fees and they mentioned it was a mistake on their end and that they have refunded it back on my credit card. They gave me a 'reference code' but AMEX told me they would have received this refund by now if it was truly the case. I called the hotel back, I was told the GM is not available and will call me on Monday. It is not Wednesday and I still have not heard back from the hotel. Honestly, this hotel is the worst hotel with Marriott. I would never stay here again. read more

The Blackhawk Hotel was charming, but the service needed to catch up with events that brought in tons of revenue to the area. In particular, you should avoid James at the front desk, who needs to learn how to treat customers. I suggest staying anywhere else based on services. The rooms were dark, and you could not control the temperature. As a former platinum per covid, we expected more. As travel picks up, I am making the switch to Hilton. The elevator was broken, making everyone suffer to get in and out of the rooms promptly, limiting all guests to use two elevators at different ends of the hotel. read more

Update: I reported this to the front desk at 11:34pm last night, it is now 6:56am and the glass is still there! If I could give zero stars I would. We waited until 10pm to check into our room and was told they were not even sure it was cleaned yet. I walked out to the hall on the 9th floor and found shattered broken bottom of a glass brown bottle. I tried calling the front desk for over 15 min to notify them of the issue as someone could really be hurt by the slivers of broken glass. They told me sorry we have been very busy! Really!!! Ridiculous response rather than thank you for letting us know we will take care it right away. Horrible customer service here no regard to service from a hotel of this class. read more

Good: Very cool location, very pretty hotel. Service by front desk/concierge was delightful. Weird: Reserved a King with jacuzzi tub, at check in was told they were all taken and so they upgraded us to a suite with two bedrooms. Ok, fine. Nice room. Great views. BUT... We stayed two nights, We were out all day and when we came back Housekeeping had never been there. Towels all used, bed not made. Maybe housekeeping doesn't come everyday?? Though our mini bar was restocked...so someone came. I've never stayed in a hotel, ever, that didn't send someone to straighten and refill daily. ‍ Beds: very hard, my husband liked them. I was miserable. Amenities: lots of travel size things like a dental kit. Convenient. For the price...I guess I just expected to return to a clean room. I paid double what I would have at a "lesser" hotel so my husband and I could have a romantic end of summer weekend away and I just don't feel the love. We've been to the Blackhawk several times. As a hotel, it's great! Possibly worthy of 5 stars. This famed hotel has been around 100 years or more. The restaurant in the hotel has problems. We had reservations for 12 on Sunday. 3 or 4 tables had been put together to accommodate us, but there was no cream or silverware or water. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get water. She waited until we arrived to 'make a pot of coffee'? 20 minutes later we had it. 15 minutes after that we had cream and sweetener. After asking 3 times, I was finally told what the soup of the day was. Refills on the coffee were slow. I know that hotels and restaurants are having a hard time getting staff. But this table could have been set up in 10 minutes. I think when we had our last family get together in 2019, the brunch service was a little slow. read more

First off I would like to say the facilities were very historic and articulate, the lobby was incredible. I have to say that the service was below expectations for such a historic hotel. Starting with the room (it was upgraded at check-in) it was neat and clean but the layout was very odd, the room was split in two by a wall and a very narrow walkway between the sofa room and the bedroom was a bit concerning. The only exit was on the room side and the furnace was in the space/wall between the two rooms, a fire safety concern at the least. After entering the room we could not find any printed service guide for the hotel, it was on the TV but a bit confusing to navigate. So we took a walking tour of the hotel. That's when we walked through an unlocked doorway to the River Center only to find out we had locked ourselves out of the hotel? Fortunately the repeated pounding on the doorway caught the attention of the front desk and we were rescued by an employee who told us that they kept these doors locked except for events at the River Center and the Adler theatre he wasn't sure why we were able to get out through the doors. The next thing we pursued was dinner, because of the frigid weather we didn't want to walk to a local eatery. We approached the front desk and inquired about the Restaurant. We seemed to disturb the desk clerk eating her dinner and she was short and pointed in the direction of the Restaurant and said it's open and it's over there next to the bar. We made our way to the area she indicated only to find that there was no one at the seating station so we took it upon ourselves to walk into the dining area (it was empty at 5:15pm) after walking around to all the tables we still had no contact with a Hotel employee or Hostess so we just decided to take a chance in the sub-zero tempratures to find a restaurant, we did find the Armoured Garden nearby which by the way has great food! After we returned from our dinner and a show we approached the front desk area to find some antacids that we thought might be available in the lobby store, we did not find anything available there (there was not much of anything in this area of the lobby). No beverages, a few snacks and some frozen microwave foods (signing indicated Ice Cream but none to be found) very dissappointed but there's more. We then approached the front desk where we asked a very lackadasical desk clerk (pretty sure it was the night shift) if they had any antacids available for guests and he quickly replied they didn't have any, that was it no suggestions or concern for the guest just no! To wrap this experience up, upon check out we request a printed copy of our bill and the desk clerk disappeared into the back to retrieve a copy for us but upon his return indicated that his partner was running a 30 page report and we could wait or use our email to retrieve a printed copy. He did however offer us a couple kids size bottles of water as we left. Our final disappointment from this dismall stay was we didn't have an encounter with the ghost of Cary Grant! read more

As Platinum members, we expected much. Even with some reviews read here about dirty conditions we didn't experience, we got good service: Our stay was luxurious, rooms comfy and clean. Yet hear this: in the lobby our ears were battered by some obnoxious would-be piano performer who POUNDED everyone in a mile with the MOST non-tasteful banging in the grand piano that was itself out of tune accompanied by his loud, brash, screaming-not-singing that went on for at least AN HOUR OR MORE!!! I had to guard my ears. Honestly readers, I had real difficulty securing our reservation because the handsome and professional polite desk manager couldn't (try as he might) make himself intelligible. He smiled helplessly. But other workers told us this piano JERK came and went randomly on his own accord, playing for anybody and asking for donations to boot. How rude! We learned he was not stopped by management. Management apparently is overlooking this low-class intrusion into this gorgeous historic property. We were attempting to enjoy the Bix Bistro, but while the food was ok, and the service good, we had to leave the lobby noise just to escape. Marriott management: please please look into this awful situation. read more

Tiny rooms- claustrophobic feeling! The two queen-bed room is unbelievably small (we were in 602). The clearance between the dresser and the foot of the bed was only inches (suitable for only slender people to get to the bathroom). The dresser was curved; otherwise passage would have been completely impossible. The closet space could accomidate only a few garments and just two hangers were provided. On the plus side, the lobby and downstairs areas were beautiful, and spacious and had a feel of old world grandeur. read more

Absolute favorite hotel!! Such a great vibe with the historic setting yet modern amenities. I will choose to stay here with every visit to the Quad Cities area. The last visit here was spot on with service, room cleanliness and amenities. This visit, I can't say any different. This time, I received a room upgrade, compliments of my Marriott status. The room has a tub, large closet and larger living area in front of the bed. The gym has much better equipment than 95% of hotel gyms and they provide waters and healthy snacks. My pup isn't built for the travelers lifestyle but they do have a pet friendly policy that I wish I could explore. I've only seen one or two pets actually taking advantage of the road trip option, though. There is a stellar looking bowling alley in the basement. If I didn't cut my trips so tight, I'd definitely be down there knocking down a pin or two. I wish there were Hotel Blackhawks everywhere. It would take away from the Autograph Collection concept but Marriott really got it right, adding this spot to their portfolio! read more

My wife and I stayed here this weekend and had a great visit. The room we booked was ready even though we were a bit early and was amazing. Great bed and pillows. Probably the best shower and jacuzzi experience we have ever had. We also ate and drank at the Bix which was delicious. The service at the restaurant, bar and the entire hotel was excellent. We will be staying again and recommending it to others. read more
