    What an experience this was, from start to finish. My fiancé and I were only here for the weekend - once we stepped foot on the property we were immediately taken care of. The hotel itself is only 4 years old, and it is absolutely stunning. You will truly feel the hospitality as soon as you step foot on the property; from concierge assisting with luggage, through to the check-in process. We were upgraded from a Fabulous King room to a Wonderful King room with a Mountain view. The view absolutely took our breath away. In addition to that m, the hotel is centrally located in town, making getting from place to place, that much easier. In case you didn't want to walk, a car service is offered in your stay which will take you to any location within Aspen proper. My fiancé and I came during the off-season so it was very quiet which allowed for us to enjoy the best things that Aspen has to offer at a much slower pace. We can't wait to come back!

    We just checked in this afternoon for our one year anniversary. It is super special to us because our honeymoon was cancelled due to Covid, so this was our trip to celebrate. We were greeted by lovely staff, offered rose and had our bags taken to the room. Our room was perfectly appointed, the bed is very comfortable and the layout is perfect. We went and had a glass of wine on the stunning roof top deck. When we arrived back to the room, we had a very sweet note acknowledging our anniversary and a delicious charcuterie board and bottle of wine. These little touches are what makes us return to the W hotel brand. We have dinner reservations on the deck for tonight and reservations for their private dome dining tomorrow. Even with strict COVID rules in place they are doing all they can to be safe and accommodating. Thank you to the staff for their warm reception and exceptional hospitality.

    Came here right before Christmas and had the best time! The hotel was super clean and accommodating. It was decorated so cute and so modern. They had complimentary water bottles available at all times for the guests' to grab on their way up to their rooms. Everyday they had a complimentary drink as well (Rosé). On our last night we had a surprise knock on our door and were gifted a complimentary charcuterie board and champagne. After our stay we recommended this hotel to all of our friends and family.

    I had my rehearsal dinner at this location 8 years ago before it was a W and recently went back to check out the changes. Luckily the W team really elevated the property. The rooftop bar is very nice and the mountains views are of course breathtaking. It's a great spot to come with friends or as a couple. The watermelon drink I ordered was perfect and I only wish I tried more of their food and drinks. I'll definitely visit again soon!

    Talk about a great location if you are a skier, the W is at the base of the lifts. For this reason alone it is a great place to stay. The W is trendy in a W sort-of way with a design where you walk into the bathroom counter as you enter. While I appreciate it is not a staid hotel of your parents, there was a form over substance challenge. The furniture was spartan, and the couch was most uncomfortable . Few people likely go to Aspen to work but if you do this would not be a good hotel for you. The staff were great and they did offer personalized attention which I appreciated.

    Well, I stayed at this hotel while performing at one of the biggest weddings in Aspen. While there I told some of the staff that I have also performed with artist like Beyonce and Ceelo Green to name a few. When I went to my performance one evening the turn down service stole a couple of items from my room. 1) jeans (why would anybody take my jeans. 2) my toothbrush (not my toothpaste only the brush) why would anybody want these items??? They never gave me my pants. It wasn't in lost and found. I ask them what should I do they told me to call the police. I made a report with the police and they said there's nothing they could do.

    A quick note to share our wonderful experience and customer service from Rebekah W after we were forced to cancel our wedding at the 11th hour because of Covid. On less than a 24 hour notice, Rebekah took matters into her own hands and created an amazing experience for both my Bride and myself. We are so thankful for Rebekah because her compassion, her incredibly thoughtful hand-written note and her attention to detail, were the perfect final touches on a weekend we will truly never forget.

    Decent rooms but pricey. Not impressive but it works fine. Great staff. Too much music everywhere but I guess that's the W brand.

    Horrible service! Staff has no idea what the actual Marriott regulations are nor do they know basically anything. 0/10 don't stay here.

The quality did not justify the prices, the flavors were forgettable, and nothing we ordered stood out. Unfortunately, what happened afterward was far worse. My wife accidentally left behind a shopping bag containing a brand new pair of sunglasses she had purchased earlier that day. When she returned to retrieve them, our interaction with a server named Carson was deeply disappointing. Instead of simply confirming ownership in a courteous and professional manner, Carson repeatedly questioned whether the sunglasses were actually hers. He kept emphasizing that they were brand new and worth around $600, making it clear that he found it difficult to believe they belonged to her. It was impossible not to feel that she was being judged based solely on her appearance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with verifying ownership of a valuable item. In fact, we appreciate businesses that take lost property seriously. What is unacceptable is allowing assumptions and stereotypes to influence how customers are treated. One lesson worth remembering is that genuine elegance and long established wealth rarely need to announce themselves. Those who have had the privilege of success across generations often feel no need to advertise it with designer logos or outward displays. True class is reflected in education, humility, confidence, and, above all, in the way people treat others. Ironically, Carson's assumptions said far more about his own judgment than they did about my wife. No customer should ever be made to feel that they need to "look wealthy" in order to be treated with respect. We hope management addresses this issue seriously. The mediocre food was forgettable. Being judged and treated with prejudice is not. Every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and dignity, regardless of how they are dressed or what assumptions someone chooses to make about them.
