We also hosted our wedding after party at the Adobe, and it could not have been more perfect. Seth and Hunter went above and beyond the entire weekend. They were always there, ready and willing to do absolutely anything we needed, and made us and all of our guests feel so taken care of. Having so many of our best friends all staying together in one place made the weekend even more special, and the after party was SO much fun. The Adobe Inn became such a special part of our wedding weekend, and we are incredibly grateful to Seth and Hunter for everything they did to make it unforgettable. If you are getting married in the area or looking for a place to bring a group together, I cannot recommend doing a buyout here enough. Truly the BEST experience and the BEST people!!

For $249 a night, you get stained tile floors, a water dispenser with a filter that should've been changed presidential administrations ago, and a desk with laminate peeling like it's allergic to effort. The wood laminate flooring had an awkward cut--like something used to be there, but instead of fixing it, they just hoped no one would notice. Spoiler: we noticed. The furnishings? Straight out of a bargain bin at Walmart. The bed offered the full "camping on concrete" experience--I tossed, I turned, and I woke up with a backache that's still lobbying for an Advil sponsorship. To top it off, the entire place feels like it hasn't seen a meaningful update since the late '90s. It was maybe a quarter full, and honestly, that felt generous. Only saving grace was Rachel at check-in--she was friendly, helpful, and deserved better than working the front desk at a hotel this run-down. Unless they gut-renovate soon, this place might be checking itself out for good.

There is a basic breakfast room available with oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, juice and such. The stairs up to the second floor were challenging with a large suitcase but we were warned repeatedly in advance that there was no elevator. Great views from the bay window.

We were in town for an event that included dinner but we ended up bailing on that and based on the recommendation of the bartender at the Imogene Hotel we ended up here. They have a small dining room that apparently is almost always booked out so we ate at the bar. Really nothing negative to say. Service was prompt and friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with the hostess that seated us and our servers. They offer chef specials for a starter (salad) and for multiple entrees. They also offer a daily special cocktail. The food was solid and the presentations were really well done. I posted our salad courses to show how they handle it. The wife had the on menu ember roasted beet and apple salad. While the apples were scant the overall flavor was fantastic and the local goat cheese had tremendous punch. The salad was perfectly dressed with a lemon vinaigrette. I went with the off menu local tomato and cucumber salad which also included feta, dill, a red wine vinegar dressing and some zaatar seasoning. Again a solid dish, pretty to look at and great tasting. I went with chef special of venison stew. Again, perfectly cooked, the venison fork tender, the vegetables being cooked al dente and the broth being so good I wanted order a cup and just drink it up. We love bolognese and make it at home all the time. the on menu version used just lamb for the protein which (to us) was a bit unusual as you will usually see them with multiple meats. Suffice it to say, this did not need it. The flavor was out of this world fantastic, the rigatoni was cooked perfectly and the freshly grated parmesan was the perfect touch to enhance the overall flavor. Score this a solid 10 - when we return Ouary we will be back to eat here and may even try the hotel out.

Alice, and John were fantastic as well. But all the staff are fantastic! This year especially. We've been several times and this was by far our favorite staff experience. No cell service within an hour of the property. The staff are sooo welcoming and helpful! Service is one of the best. The all inclusive food and drinks is worth the price of the room! Three meals a day is an experience of its own. We planned our daily activities according to meal time. Love that they have daily group activities. We participated in snowshoeing and it was so much fun. They have all the winter gears for guests to borrow so, don't worry if you didn't pack it all. We stayed in the Echo room, which is the smallest and cheapest. The bed is sooo comfy that we just stayed in bed majority of the time so the size of the room didn't matter. In the winter, Echo room guest uses the steam shower located in the bathhouse to shower. All three hot springs were amazing. We pacifically chose this property for their hot springs and it did not disappoint. The library was well kept, cozy, and organized. -Wi-Fi is spotty. Works here and there, and disconnect. - If you want lunch packed Togo on your last day, gotta tell them I'm advance like at check in. - Laundry service is complimentary, but they ask for 24hr turnover. Ours were returned same day after dinner.

The breakfast is fantastic and changes daily. The rooms are quaint, old-timey, but very clean and comfortable with a fridge in our room. Beds are nice, towels too! We met literally everybody else who was staying there. One night, one of the guests played guitar and sang around the fire pit for four hours. Robert and Ginny left us s'more fixings and we had a grand party. You'd do well to enjoy the hospitality, ambience, breakfast and views of this nice little gem. We're very happy we found it and truly enjoyed our stay. To Robert and Ginny, you've got a great staff there and you've created something special. I wish you the very best!
