So we showed up and asked to sit outside where there were several empty tables but were told that they were reserved!?!? Eventually they sat us outside. Our meal was delicious but when it came time to pay the bill, their credit card processing machine was not working. So they wanted one of us to stay there hostage while the other one went to the ATM about five minutes away. We had offered to mail them a check as soon as we got home but that fell on deaf ears. All in all a very poorly run operation despite the quality of the food.

On the phone they had said the kitchen closed at 9:30, but when I arrived no one attended my table until 8:58, when the waitress rushed over and told me the kitchen closes at 9. Meanwhile, the table next to me placed their order at 9:15 without issue. There was no silverware on the table, and I was never checked on once after my food arrived, which was very frustrating. The most frustrating part is that my meal for one person, including the dish and two glasses of wine, was $50 Franks. For that price, I expect far better quality. I expect better, truly.
