This place was eye-opening for my mouth . I tried both savory and sweet samples and no matter what I gotz the flavor exploded in my mouth. They do not leave any part of the popcorn untouched. Strawberry - my favorite sweet, lots of strawberry flavor here. A great balance of the caramelization and popcorn Banana - this was nice too, I just preferred the strawberry more Bacon and cheddar - you can see the bacon pieces and really taste the cheddar; almost like I'm eating a bacon cheddar potato wedge Dill pickle - if you're a pickle lover you MUST come here. I wasn't in a sweet or soury mood (I got savory popcorns) but that was real solid, A+ Buffalo wing - talk about a mouthful of buffalo sauce and a pretty shade of red. This is my favorite Spicy cheddar - this is also solid, my spice tolerance is low so I was coughing at this. Until this past weekend. We went in for my partner's birthday, and I'm sure glad we did. They normally don't like rich desserts or cakes, but they love pretty nice, high end dark chocolates. Chocolate Secrets did not disappoint. We arrived with our family, including two little ones in tow. They actually treated our kids with such love and care. It was slightly understaffed, but even then the service was excellent. We ended up taking a box of nine chocolates to go. Pro tip: they also host jazz nights on most nights. It also seems like a really cool spot for hosting events. My favorite so far was the Yes Yes Yes Truffle. It has milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate. All in all, a Dallas institution that I'm so glad I went to.

Whether dining in or getting it to go, the quality of the item is always the same. Ordering is done at the front counter. That said if there is open seating at the bar, they will gladly take your order from there. Regardless, the staff is always friendly, and helpful; answering any and all questions. When dining in, they do a good job of checking on the customers, keeping water glasses filled along with offering other beverages (wine and beer are available for purchase).

We stopped at Kate Weiser for a journey in chocolate. We visited many of the flavor stops that they offered and found quite a few of them that were indeed explosive in taste. There were maybe 20 or more combinations and my son and I selected ones to fill our boxes with. We hung out for a bit eating this one or that one while drinking our waters. The staff here were fun, They knew their stuff, and they were very attentive. Honestly some of the flavors were meh... one or two were yuck, but the majority of them took us on a trip of flavor transcendence! Wow!! They looked almost as good as they tasted. True small confectionary works of art that were so perfect they looked fake. It was an awesome stop for my son and I. We had lots of fun and would come back again any time we are in the area.
