Bought a $16k spa from them and love it, but had a couple small issues with 2 jets when I took delivery. Sadly after 4 months of trying to get them to repair it and them telling me they would after each of the 8-9 times I called, they never follow through and I've given up and going to just pay someone else to do my repairs. On top of that, they promised me a weighted pillow as part of my purchase but it was not in stock and they have refused delivery of that as well. Even though I love my Hot Spring Spa, I would avoid this place at all costs given zero service and dishonest behavior. Sounds like others have had the same experience and I wish I would have researched more before making my purchase, as this is not something you want to buy from someone that will not support it. read more

Went in to purchase a cleaning kit and some chemicals/filters, and was immediately patronized for having purchased an inflatable hot tub. After I told the man working I was the proud owner of a new Coleman Saluspa, he retorted with a scoff and "I'm sorry for you then"... I figured, maybe he's just joking, surely he's not trying to be so rude intentionally? So I laugh it off and indicate that I'd like to purchase a cleaning kit. His response was, "I don't know anything about cleaning an inflatable hot tub..." followed by more head shaking and eye rolling. So, I turned tail and said goodbye. He tried following me out and pretended to suddenly care a whole lot more, now realizing that his piss poor attitude is costing him a customer, but I'm sorry, too little too late. I'm not going to be supporting this business. I do try to support local businesses, and am even willing to pay a premium for the convenience of picking things up same-day rather than waiting for online vendors to ship product... but I only do that when the business and it's employees are at courteous, or willing to give extra attention and service to their customers. That's simply not the case here. Total disrespect. What a joke. Sounds like the older white haired worker referenced here is known to be rude based on other reviews... Maybe he's the owner, otherwise they should really consider letting this guy go. Total jerk. read more

Sadly, these guys don't even deserve a single star. Having purchased a defective fireplace, under warranty, it took weeks, several none too friendly visits to the store and several calls to the "owner", to finally get the part. Turned out it wasn't the right part. I took it back to the store, was greeted by the older sales guy who was rude, dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility, telling me again to call the owner. I've called that guy several times in the past and not one single time did he return my call. The place is a joke as far as customer relations go, and on top of that they sell defective parts and won't take responsibility for it. Good luck if you use these guys. read more

Bought a spa from this company several months back. One of the jets doesn't work, so we called and called and called and called, left many voice messages with no luck and finally went in to get someone to pay attention to us. The owner actually pony'd up and came over to check it. Said he'd contact tech support and get back to us. It's has now been 2 months or more and have not heard a word. We have called and called and called again ..... and so on..... left probably 10 or more messages and nobody has ever returned our calls. I'm pissed off as is my husband. These guys are only open 5 hours a day. They can't be bothered to follow up on a purchase or a problem. They made an easy sale and the shut the door on us. Customer service???? NON existent. Next time I'd do more research and not just go there because it's convenient. If you're considering buying from them do your homework! read more

Terrible customer support !I bought a brand new spa from them and they delivered it in what should've been a very simple basic delivery. When they uncovered it they apologized and said that it got scratched up and that they would replace the panels ,well eight months later that never happened .they also drilled holes in the wrong place on the cover also said they would take care of that and that never happened. My friend bought a spa from them around the same time and one of the jets wasn't working .again six months later they keep saying they will call a technician but it's never happened .they are great on the sales but terrible in the customer service I would not recommend this place. read more

I would absolutely recommend these guys. Knowledgeable staff. The delivery guys were amazing. And I cannot say enough about the recommended electrician. We hit a snag on our end with installation - completely our fault and the electrician they recommended went above and beyond. He came out the same day and got us up and going. Sadly, I can't recommend this spa and supply shop. I visited the shop several times looking at spas as my wife and I were looking to buy. The first time we shopped there, we talked with a nice older service rep with curly white hair and another older guy with straighter white hair and glasses who was a know-it-all. He was condescending and not helpful. Our comparisons showed the prices were inflated to what we saw elsewhere and the selection was limited. After we bought our spa elsewhere, we went back for chemical sets and litmus paper. The same rude man recognized us and when I told him we bought our spa elsewhere he told me "we have nothing for you here". I asked again for simple litmus paper and he said "nope, sorry we have nothing for you here". I do not recommend this place because of high prices, poor selection and that one rude sales people. read more

He was able to help us get our electrical done as well as a great recommendation for our cement pad. We recently purchased a pool table from Hotsprings in Fargo. The sales guy was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. He was not pushy which is a big deal to me. We bought it on a Friday night and it was delivered and set up by noon on Tuesday. The guys that set it up were very good at there job and respectful of my house. I have been waiting for almost three months for service and every time I call the store to get support, the man who works brushes me off telling me that they are waiting on my parts. I bought a Gas Grill from HS&P Sunday. I paid the same price as big box retailer/internet outlets sale price. It was assembled at no extra charge and delivered the same day for $30 (delivery). The salesman, Al, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He delivered the Grill on his own time, after business hours on a Sunday! Home Depot will deliver a $400 washing machine and pickup your old one at no charge but a Gas Grill is $79... I can think of no way this purchase experience could have been improved. read more

I was so disappointed in this business & the owner Barry. We bought a cap for our chimney from them. Their sales associate said it would work, we were a little unsure but he assured us it would. My husband put it on that night & we had heavy winds that night & it was blown off. They wouldn't take it back or offer any compensation (50% back or anything) at all. The owner claimed it was put on wrong. Well my husband is a mechanic with his own shop & very capable of this eat installation. This cap was $100 & didn't last 12 hours. We left both our names & numbers & Barry didn't even take the time to call either of us. I will never buy anything from this store again. I also will let everyone know they don't stand behind there products. So disappointed!! read more
