If you want a longer class that is more yoga themed, you can opt for classes such as a "hot yoga", "hot buns" or pilates - each 40 min (warmup and cool down included). They also have a small weight room section- dumbells , kettlebells, battle rope and bench to get an effective weight session in before or after your class. The location is always very clean, which is a MUST considering the rooms are 120 degrees - a LOT of sweat flies around this place!
