I have a sole membership with them. I may expand and try other locations, but for now I'm ok with…read morethis one for a quick workout. The location is convenient for me. The facility is big and machines are in working order. They have a turf room for crossfit/free training and on the other side is a half basketball court. They've added a few new machines and I enjoy going into the room whenever it's not too packed. The workers aren't that helpful. When I originally joined, they did a quick walk through of the main area. The rest of the tour was accompanied by the pointing of fingers in different directions as she mentioned the pool, sauna and a cool down room. They don't show you how to use a piece of equipment if you're unsure. On a different day, I had to ask someone about a rope machine in the turf room and the lady responded that she didn't know anything about it. I figured she didn't know much as she was on the heavy side herself and was kicked back behind the counter on her cellphone with another lady not even knowing they had a rope machine lol. They didn't even try to help. Luckily, there was a guy working out nearby who showed me a few things and now it's one of my fave machines. I think they are just unmotivated employees or just bored idk. I complimented an employee who was nice and very different from the rest. She happened to be the manager LOL! I think they may have even said the regional manager but not sure, it was so funny & ironic that I can't recall the rest of the conversation. She's a little tiny thing and she's so helpful and chill. She's usually there when I go after work now. Is she the reason why the tunes are jammin' after 5pm during the week? Any other time the soundtrack is not so energetic. I bring my headphones but I rarely need them when I go around 5-6pm during the week. I recommend you wiping down the equipment as you use it of course. I saw a napkin or tissue on the floor beside one of the ellipticals for 2 days straight, so I'm not sure how often the custodians come through. THE.RESTROOM IS.HORRIBLE.OMG! Some toilets won't flush and are clogged up. The floors have puddles of God knows what kind of liquid. The napkins are all located around the walls in the gym area (you're lucky if they are refilled) and there are only hand dryers available inside the bathroom. There's a Chili's in the parking lot nearby, I usually can use them to change or freshen up instead of using the gym's restroom. I can't comment on the pool and sauna area, the idea of even going gives me the heebies and I don't plan on using these amenities. All-in-all, it's a gym people. Don't expect to smell or see roses. You go and workout then you leave. Just don't be the person who doesn't clean up behind themselves or you'll be part of the problem.

Since the accident, I've been dealing with severe pain, multiple doctor visits, an MRI, and ongoing appointments with an orthopedic specialist. There is also a possibility that I will need physical therapy as part of my recovery. What has been most disappointing throughout this entire experience is how poorly the situation has been handled. It took me three separate attempts to file a claim before I finally received a response from the General Manager and was given an incident report number. Since then, I have not received any follow-up communication, updates, or even a simple check-in regarding my condition or claim. Because of this injury, I have been unable to work and have lost income while trying to recover. The physical pain has been difficult enough, but the lack of communication and support from the gym has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. As a paying member, I expected much better. Instead, I feel like my concerns have been ignored and that I've been left on my own to deal with the aftermath of an injury that occurred at your facility. The complete lack of customer service, urgency, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. At a minimum, I expected someone to follow up, provide updates, or show some level of concern for what I've been going through. I hope no other member has to go through an experience like this. The injury itself has been difficult, but the way it has been handled has made the situation even worse.

The instructors are all awesome and they really push you. I also like that they aren't so pushy with buying more classes or gimmicky monitors. That was definitely a turn off for me with one of their competitors who shall remain nameless (starts with an Orange ).

I've been trying to switch it up with my workout routine to have more diversity with the exercises…read more I usually go to spin classes so I appreciate the cardio aspect of this but love that there is more weights involved. I recently tried Barry's and loved it so I figured I'd try this one as it's closer. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk got me checked in and told me I could wait until the earlier class finished so she could give me an overview. They do have lockers in the bathroom for your stuff; however, most people just left their stuff in the open cubbies at the front. One the earlier class let out, us first timers were brought into the room and shown how to work the treadmill since it wasn't a generic one. For this class, the room has blue lighting and the instructor is on an elevated platform (or should I say DJ booth). The stage is where the exercises are demonstrated and you can always look for the instructor. While Barry's usually does a clean split between time on the treadmill and then the floor... SWEAT has 5-7 minute intervals and rotations. I didn't love this as I was sharing a space with someone else so when I got to the floor... there was sweat from the other person over the bench and it was a bit gross. Additionally, I think more time gets wasted doing the transitions. The workout itself was great and the instructor was nice. When on the treadmill, I appreciate that they give a walk, jog and run option although with the speeds they mention... no way are you still walking unless you're doing your own thing. On the floor side, I do wish they offered more options or guidance to those who have injuries and can't do some movements. I understand it's a large class so it's not feasible but it's something to note. All in all, it was a good workout and I'd visit again BUT would still pick Barry's over this one.

Honestly, I want to gatekeep this place but that would be unfair…read more This is my favorite workout place. Between trying gyms, boutique Pilates studios, orange theory; F45 is the absolute king of work outs. I like F45 because they encourage you to lift more, and push yourself (safely). I feel muscles I've never felt before. I also feel stronger which is amazing. Usually I'd only lift 10-15 lbs max. But not here. I'm comfortable squating 44lbs, and 26lb for tricep extensions! Wth. Never thought I would do either. The coaches are so so nice. They will correct your form (I appreciate this a lot). I have only been to this location fyi. Initially, when you walk in, there's a white board that tells you the duration of the workout/rest periods, and how many laps and/or stations there are. There are cubbies for your stuff, and each cubby has a charger for your phone. They also have small towels for the workout class. There are also drinks and food if you're interested. Lastly, they have two bathrooms with showers. When class starts, the coach will do a quick run through of each station. Every class is so different. Not repetitive like OTF. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are cardio days. Tuesdays and Thursday's are (lifting) weight days. You can take a quick breather during class but they will cheer you on to finish the time out. You're there for a workout, after all. Usually if you are lost at the station, you can just copy the person next to you or look confused and the coach will come and show you again. Classes can include boxjumps, ski erg, rowers, weights, benches, resistance bands. Clases are usually 45 mins to an hour. What I like about this is that you're not waiting for the previous class to finish. They are usually gone, everything is wiped down/reset, and easy parking. I really love the community and the other members as well. The camaraderie is unmatched. They are all so nice, friendly, and welcoming. We are all shapes, sizes, and skin colors and working on our goals. I love that there are two water refill stations, two treadmills, a stair master, and a massage chair. Many accoutrements! They have a free 7 day trial period. Terrick is the owner and he's amazing!

Best gym on the East Side!!…read more I started coming to Facet Seven Eado to get in the best Bride-To-Be/ Wedding shape I could, and it happened thanks to Mikel!! I highly recommend booking with him if you're in the market for a personal trainer! Not only will he help you reach your goals, but he's also very informative with why you're doing certain exercises (which is very helpful as someone who has no clue!) I do have to say, having a personal trainer really made my experience at Facet Seven Eado! I love that you can view all the trainer profiles online and book with them, making the whole process more approachable. The gym itself seems to have everything you would need - from machines to free weights to classes. Parking: They have some handicap parking and a few open spaces in front of the gym. That being said, I almost always had to park on the side street. Accessibility: In addition to the handicap parking - They do have a ramp for accessibility to the entrance as well, but otherwise get ready for a pre-workout warm up hiking up the stairs to the front entrance! They also have a large shower stall (at least in the women's locker room) for accessibility needs. Staff: The staff (especially the trainers) are beyond welcoming. For some reason the people at the front desk aren't so much. During my time here, I rarely got welcomed which does make it a bit awkward if you're not so comfortable in the gym. Also, they have a scanner to checkin on your app but that worked less than 50% of the time for me, leading to more awkward moments with the front desk. Space: The space is very open, allowing for a lot of different areas. During my time here, they did move some of the weights around, which made for a bit of a choke point/crowded area for the weight machines near the rowers. Personally this was a turn-off for me. Also, being a warehouse, it gets warm. There is AC but during the summer months it doesn't cool too effectively - which I guess helps you sweat and maybe is a good thing (but for me wasn't the best). Overall, I'd definitely return here if I needed a PT to help reach another goal. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a new gym in general !
