The main entrance room has fridges stocked up with macro-friendly meals and snacks as well as energy drinks, protein shakes, etc. They also have Iron Sight merch that you can purchase. Right when you walk in (and even from outside), you can hear the music. Even with noise cancellation, you can still hear the gym's music so if that's not your thing, this gym might not be for you- it's all rap and latin music so at least it's not like a Planet Fitness playlist lol. This gym is very spacious (8400 sqft). There's a powerlifting side with lots of combo racks and 5 (I think) deadlift platforms. There's plenty of bars (TSS, OHP, etc) with all the kilo weights. Even when the gym is at its busiest, I never had to wait that long to get a rack. There's also a bodybuilding side where there's plenty of machines and dumbbells to workout with. And in the far corner, you have cardio machines and turf space to warm up. As for amenities, there are only two bathrooms and the only light source inside is a LED strip light (dark green). Personally, I like brighter bathrooms so I can check up on myself in the mirror before stepping back in the gym. I also wish there was an extra table or space to put my clothes down for when I change. But in one of the bathrooms, they have extra deodorant and perfume which is going to come in real handy because this gym does not have AC and the summers in Houston are brutal. The only places where this gym has AC is the main entrance room and the posing room (yay for posing room)! In terms of pricing, the initiation fee is expensive ($100) but the monthly membership is $65 and they offer discounts to students and first responders which is nice. In terms of the gym itself, I would give it a 4/5 but the workers and owner are 5/5! The staff here are all extremely friendly and always make you feel so welcome. Not to mention, everyone who works out here is always more than happy to spot/support you! That said, they have young and middle aged professionals that have gotten ever more fit by following the programs. They have current & retired professional athletes looking for customized training during their off season. There are high school athletes getting coached on their sports' movement requirements and targeted training. Finally there are geezers and grandmas that can push some serious weights around, though it takes us longer to get there. In my case MUCH longer, but the journey is fun. It is not the kind of gym environment that is intimidating, it is motivating. Ross especially understands all types of people including ones that maybe have never worked out. The workouts are tough and you always leave feeling better and stronger. It is a combination of Cross Fit exercises and strength training. There are many class times available beginning at 5am Monday thru Friday. Ross is honest, knowledgeable and he really cares about all his clients and everyone in the classes. He will not let you slack and he will push you because he believes in you. The gym has 6 racks which allow us to do multiple exercises including; bench press, squats, pull-ups, ring rows and other exercises as well. Rectify is not like your other grungy workout gyms, but shares with you a quality facility. The true gem about this place is Dr. Anthony himself. His philosophy is a simple one. As a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer, he is passionate about correct technique and overall condition of his patients/clients. Dr. Anthony wants to incorporate correct technique, high intensity exercises and qualitative workouts for each individual client. Makes total sense. Where else would you get that? Because of the crossfit boom over the past 10 years, many people are not qualified to train clients and people who jump right in would probably get hurt. I'm sure you either have had an injury, or know someone who has been injured doing crossfit activities. Dr. Anthony put me through a quick 30 minute workout that had me gasping for air. He pushes you to maximize every targeted muscle. I was highly impressed of how efficient the workout was compared to my normal ones. It is a great, supportive community, welcoming returning members and newbies alike. The trainers are encouraging and help you work to your fullest potential. If an exercise is challenging due to an injury or other limitation, they can offer modifications. The owner Eric sets the tone at the gym and leads his team by example. He is in the gym and leads classes daily. Sometimes he even takes them as a participant, which is fun. Regardless of your fitness level, the classes will challenge you, and you won't find a better group of people.

F45 is awesome (love the variety of workouts and the community feel) but the right staff and the right atmosphere makes it that much better! Also, there are COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Extra time has been built into each workout to allow time to sanitize and wipe down the equipment before moving on to the next station. Everyone must take their own sanitizing spray bottle and towels to use throughout the workout. All the bottles are sanitized after each workout for the next group to use.
