Andrew Laird at Hour 25 Solutions performed inspections on 3 homes I was interested in purchasing, the last of which I settled on in January of this year. I decided against the other 2 homes based upon Mr. Laird's inspection results. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and timely. In each instance, he provided the inspection report in 36 hours with pictures to support each finding embedded in the report. He used a licensed drone for the exterior of the home to view and photograph less accessible areas. I lost track of the change in law for 2019 on city of Baltimore yearly inspections for multi-unit properties; they're now required to be conducted by private sector inspectors.
