Overall, the most impressive characteristic John demonstrated was his attention to detail. John left no stone unturned during his inspection which gave my wife and I the confidence in the property. After the inspection, John was transparent in the turnaround of the comprehensive final report (ours was at a whopping 69 pages) based on his workload for the day, but we still received the report within less than 4 hours after the physical walk-through. His report also documented each aspect of his findings, while conveniently summarizing the highlights in a Summary section.
