When I arrived 10 minutes early to the 2:00pm appointment Sean was already there. He was very friendly (in person and on the phone) and had already done a perimeter inspection! After introductions he took me around and pointed out what he had already seen and was a patient educator. Joining the inspection with me was my father and partner via a video call. Sean not only responded to my questions but theirs as well. Made sure that they were responded to and was patient with my very curious father who tried to keep rushing him along. Sean could have become flustered but he didn't and managed my father in a way that was respectful and professional. I. WAS. SO. IMPRESSED. I had no idea how through a home inspection was and honestly when I told others about my experience (because I am hollerin from the mountain tops) my friends [one of which just purchased a new home] were shocked as how in depth Sean was.
