My husband and I moved into a home that was once occupied by three young men, who were not very tidy to say the least & be as polite as possible. After two days of cleaning the refrigerator and another day cleaning half of the kitchen, I knew I needed some reinforcements (especially since I'm studying for my board exams and need to devote my time & energy to studying instead of cleaning). I, of course, looked on Yelp and found Cleanest Maids. I was impressed by their history on how the business came about and decided to reach out via Yelp messenger. Kelli and another staff member came to my home for a deep clean and they did exactly that! They arrived early and cleaned for four hours! They cleaned all of the rooms, including the kitchen and living room, wiping the base boards and dusted everything! Needless to say, I was very please with their work and especially their work ethic! My house is now very clean, so I'm very happy! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the great job they did on my home! I'll be reaching out to them again in the near future!

My experience with Cleanest Maids was absolutely unacceptable. The cleaning service did not meet my expectations, and what made the experience even worse was dealing with the owner, Ashleigh. Her attitude and the way my concerns were handled came across as extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There was also a pricing dispute that left me very frustrated, particularly because the pricing I understood going into the service did not align with what I was ultimately dealing with. When a customer has a legitimate concern about pricing, the appropriate response is transparency and professionalism -- not attitude. I'm sharing this because people work hard for their money and deserve to know who they're trusting to come into their homes. I would not recommend Cleanest Maids based on my experience. If you decide to book, get EVERYTHING in writing beforehand -- including the exact price, services included, and any additional charges. Deleting an unfavorable review doesn't change the experience that happened. Customers deserve to hear both the good and the bad before spending their money.

I only rate them 4/5 because although I had a set time for them to come to the house, I didn't get a heads up text or call that they'll be on their way. Also, I had to keep reaching out to them to ask how much longer, as they kept saying we'll be done in a timeframe that wasn't accurate. Otherwise they did an amazing job.

Regret to say that I have to update my review based off of other findings; previously, I did…read moremention the lack of cleaning on some window blinds/sills but my partner ended up finding more areas that were neglected. It turns out that most of our kitchen cabinets weren't cleaned so he ended up cleaning it himself (wasn't able to take photos because he didn't think of it at the time.) The most noticeable thing we've found thus far was our oven- we were going to use it until we found residue(?) of some sort; not sure if it was from the particular cleaning spray they used, though I know this wasn't missed at the time of service since I recall this being one of the first things they started to clean. We ended up cleaning this ourselves as well. Edit to add: the reason for this update a month later is because as a first time homeowner, newly moving in, we're slowly furnishing everything and settling in- which is why we're just finding these other things just now. This updated review isn't intended to deter any new customers, but more so to let future ones to look more thoroughly as I should have done. They were supposed to be there at 10am. I was at work and my wife texted me around 10:30 to make sure it was for today and it was 10am. I had her text the contact person (about an hour after they were supposed to have been there) and they said the person who was supposed to come was sick. Ok?? That's fine but when were you going to tell me?? Nobody called me, no message through Yelp. And they can't send anyone else until next week. No thanks. Dust had been piling up and when I would clean myself between cleanings I noticed they weren't even cleaning like behind the vase in my bathroom, they wouldn't even take out dirty bottles from my daughters bed when fixing it, they put dirty dishes with clean dishes in the washer and turned it on without soap. Mind you I asked for dusting and wiping over washing dishes, taking out trash or fixing beds bc that's not what I need. They say I'm taking too much of their time?? Then what am I paying for?
