I understand that the inspection agreement focuses on safety and structural concerns, and that cosmetic items may fall outside the primary scope. Upon delivery of the inspection, the owners hired licensed contractors in each field to come deal with all of the issues on the report that Vance had listed. 9 out of 10 items were NOT issues at all. As the owners continued to hire professionals to come in and deal with items on the list, they paid professionals to chase ghosts.
