Save your money. You're guaranteed a surface clean, at best. We scheduled a deep clean service with additional tasks added on for an extra charge but our team didn't so much as take the runner off the dining room table to clean underneath it. Nothing was pulled from the floor to clean, no step stool used to reach the full kitchen cabinets, dust was left on furniture and fixtures went untouched- all extras we paid for to ensure we received a deep clean. This was our first time using this company to clean our house and I am very satisfied. I really appreciated the online quote and the online scheduling. Like many people using a cleaning service I am really busy and I find it overwhelming when other companies need to come in and see the place before they tell me how much it's going to cost. I came home to a very clean house that smells fantastic. I was impressed by the level of clean they left the house, especially my shower. Unfortunately, I had property stolen by the Sandra (Benita) & Juan cleaning crew. I reported the incident to the cleaning company and was told by Wes (manager) it would be investigated. Days passed and I never received follow-up until I posted a negative review. Then Jenifer came to speak with me in person. We spoke about the incident in detail and she informed me the crew had been fired that morning. She was very professional and apologetic about the incident. Our conversation ended on good terms and the situation seemed to have been resolved on both sides. The next day I was surprised to get a lengthy message from Wes telling me they were confident the Sandra crew did not steal anything. In his messages, he told me things that never happened, inaccuracies and straight out lies. I, the client that was robbed by his cleaning crew, found myself having to explain and defend myself against the lies made up by his crew. The Sandra crew fabricated a story about men doing work in my apartment at the same time as they were cleaning. Also, that I told them not to enter the room until the men were done. All lies! They were the ONLY ones in my apartment the whole time by themselves. I live in a secure building where no one is allowed up to our floor or units without checking in with our front desk/concierge who then calls us for permission. This log clearly shows the only people in my apartment on May 11th were Sandra's crew. I did not take accusing this crew of theft lightly and even had my husband and I complete another thorough search of our home. I have nothing to gain by lying or unfairly accusing this team of stealing; I never requested nor do I want any type of refund or reimbursement. At this point, I only want this unpleasant situation over and not have to deal with this company again. Wes suggested we contact the authorities. If he wants to escalate the situation, we would happily cooperate. His crew stole from me, NOT the other way around. Our building's management & front desk would have no problems providing the police with all the logs and security video to prove no one else was allowed up to the apartment that day but his crew. The best cleaning company in the world cannot avoid getting a bad employee or an employee that steals. The difference between a good company and a bad company is how management addresses the situation and treats their clients. Wes chose to question the client and stand by the employees that are lying to cover up their theft. read more

First time I ever received cleaning services in my home, I was always just nervous to do so. I woke up Monday morning, searched and found this company and let me tell you IT WAS GREATEST choice I made! They came out the same day Sandra and her husband were very nice they came in an got straight to work. If something is not right they will take the effort and will send someone out to re-clean. They care about the service and that is what I like. Antonia was AWESOME as well she checked in to make sure all was well and very attentive to helping me get what I needed. No complaints. They showed up when they said they'd be there, they did the cleaning right, and I was charged what they said I'd be charged. They were available on last minute notice, which worked well for me. One of the two cleaners didn't speak English, but that was not an issue because the other cleaner spoke English plus the language of the other cleaner. read more

My niece recommended this company so we were able to schedule a cleaning for the very next day. We opened the house for Jennifer and Brenda's team and left. My first review for non-food related service. 4 star when make appointment 3 stars cleaning, 2 stars follow up. I used them for cleaning brand new apartment which cleaned by seller a week ago, they arrive our unit 4pm i got contacted from my doorman, they started work 4:20pm, our building keep all track record, i was back to unit at 5:30 but they were all gone, for $239 cleaning, i would expect them to stay longer for cleaning, of course if they cleaned everywhere, i would not have complaint, but kitchen cabinets, windows, window frames, refrigerator were not wiped, and floor corners were not perfectly clean. They claim window and refrigerator is not part of job i request, but if my place was clean already, why not just do those extra? It was our a day before moving in day, so my wife and i wiped all places they did not wiped. They promise me partial refund for places did not wiped, but after that they never response and ignore my message. I think they would be fine if you want to clean mess place, but not for if you want detail clean like i did. read more

Jenifer/Alejandra did an amazing job cleaning my 1 bed/1bath! I thought I had booked an appt through Wes with emails however, I failed to go online and confirm. When I had expected cleaning to show up, I called, and Wes sent the team over immediately! I conveyed that I was leaving town for the weekend and they would only have just over an hour to clean....and clean they did!! Amazing job! They cleaned all surfaces, floors, baseboards and also my main vent to my ductwork!!! All, within a little over an hour! Will absolutely hire them again! I hired this service for a short term (once a month for 4 months during the summer). I was very satisfied one time out of the 4. The worst thing about the service is the bad attitude of the staff (Jennifer & Antonia--they came out the last 3 times)--I don't recall the names of the team that came out the 1st time--but one or the other of those 3 gave my Mom attitude as well. This is totally unacceptable--this is the job you picked--if you're not mature enough to handle it then do something else--coming into someone's home is very personal--act like you know that. As far as the cleaning--it was not awful--but it was inconsistent & substandard according to the basic service that I ordered. The TV cabinet shelves weren't dusted--the utility room floor was not washed--mirrors were streaked & upper corners were left with smudgy cloudy cleaning solvent--on one visit the refrigerator & freezer surfaces (front, top & sides) were not cleaned at all--the imprints from the magnets I removed so they could easily clean the doors were still there! For each visit, the night before they were coming, I'd spend over an hour removing everything from counters, dressers & floors so they wouldn't have to do anything but clean--still they overlooked the obvious things that should have been cleaned. I reported this to Wes--who was very responsive but does not have any influence on the job these people do or the attitude they bring with them to the job. He & I agreed that a list would help--the first time I left one--there was a great improvement--I even gave Jennifer & Antonia a tip b/c I was very satisfied. But the next time they came--they didn't clean the utility room floor & the fridge!! I didn't leave them a tip--a tip is for good service --I don't give rewards for bad service & attitudes. If you want a tip--do a good job--it's as simple as that. Anyway, I left a list of items for each room again (they smirked at the lists & waved them off dismissively--attitude!!!)--didn't even bother to read them--in fact I asked if they could lift the 2 cushions on the sleeper sofa & vacuum under them--since they didn't bother to read my requests--they didn't do that either--also they left some kind of cleaning solvent on the bathroom mirror again!!--again not tip worthy. On the other things they did a good job but I have already decided to try another service next time--I would rather not use this service again--this was supposed to give me some relief--it only caused me undo stress--even if I recommended them to others, I would caution them & tell them not to expect them to improve if you have complaints.
