What I got was a sloppy, messy design that was virtually impossible to fix or improve because she just kept adding more crooked, sloppy, uneven lines. I was supposed to get both hands done, but I stopped her halfway through the first hand when it was obvious that she had no concept of symmetry and that ultimately this was not going to get any better. I tried washing it off as soon as I got out of her chair, but the stain had already started to set. She told me it should only last a day or two since I removed it so quickly.. My brows look immaculate after she is done. I love the tint. If I follow the care instructions my tint lasts up to 3 weeks. My gym routine sometimes knocks it down to 1.5-2weeks, but it is worth it. She also gave me a helpful hint to help my brown grow in thicker...you will have to make an appointment to get that info. Because she is amazing she is always booked. I mean booked months in advance, but appointments open up, just keep checking the site and calling. If you are lucky you can get it.

He got an attitude when I asked him to clean a tool he grabbed from the nail station. I'm trying to catch a plane, not an infection from a botched pedicure! Short version: Don't go here. There are no licenses posted in accordance with state law. Sanitation practices remain suspect and the technician's level of ability and give a damn are in competition for last place. Their rewards system awards 1 point each visit. After 10 visits, you earn $10 off of your service. GTFOH, are you serious? Consider how much people spend each visit and it only benefits the shop and not the customer. Focused on the number of people service and not the quality of the service. I think we should see other people.
