Ann was very nice and very quick! If you don't want to sit in their (amazing!) massage chairs longer than necessary I recommend Ann. She helped me match the color I have on my nails and was very efficient with her movements. Sometimes when a tech moves fast it makes me nervous because I've been hurt a few times by fast pedicures, but she was gentle. $50 for a classic pedicure with gel and gel removal (which they charge extra for). My initial review was generous. While in the area, I popped in and the previously mentioned smell was gone. I signed in and was assigned "Tony" for my gel pedicure. I must've interrupted his favorite soap opera because he was trying to rush and attempted to skip steps. For example, he'd put product on one foot and not the other and put 3 coats of polish on one and 2 on the other. Totally defeats the purpose of trying to unwind if I'm clocking your every move. He got an attitude when I asked him to clean a tool he grabbed from the nail station. I'm trying to catch a plane, not an infection from a botched pedicure! Short version: Don't go here. There are no licenses posted in accordance with state law. Sanitation practices remain suspect and the technician's level of ability and give a damn are in competition for last place. Their rewards system awards 1 point each visit. After 10 visits, you earn $10 off of your service. GTFOH, are you serious? Consider how much people spend each visit and it only benefits the shop and not the customer. Focused on the number of people service and not the quality of the service. This is a video review of the technician who started my pedicure and behaved in a completely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. She should be held accountable for how poorly she represented this salon. I arrived around 7:33 PM and even opted for gel polish (instead of regular) to be considerate of the time. She placed my feet in plain water with no soap, and I had to ask for a soak product. She then rushed into pushing my cuticles back without letting them properly soak. When I asked for a few minutes to soak, she snapped, "Do you want to do the pedicure or not?" and when I calmly responded "Yes but, not with disrespect." , she walked out mid-service--literally left the building--after speaking to another tech in another language. She tossed me to the other technician, who was also preparing to leave and couldn't finish me up. The worst part? As she walked out, [the original tech] she said "F* you" to me. * (listen closely to the video, you can hear her.) I left feeling completely disrespected and told the remaining tech (I think Ann) that her $20 fee for my toe tips (because the pedicure never got done) should be deducted from her paycheck due to her poor service. I've been coming here for a while, but after this, I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone expecting respectful, professional service if this woman is still employed there. The nail tech rushed on my medi and pedi, they did a poor job on executing what I wanted. In the pictures below you can see small air pockets in the gel, she didn't really take her time to make sure my nail was covered in gel neatly. I went against my judgement the first time after reading these reviews, but every negative review is correct. The wrong color acrylic was used on my nails after I asked to ensure the same color was being used. I had one nail replaced and it looks completely different. Why? This was clearly noticed before my nails dried and I given so many excuses as to why it was a different color. I had a simple clear acrylic set and they're talking to me about ombre. She brushed over fuzzies on my nails and if I didn't say anything she was starting to brush acrylic over a large bristle that came off the brush and stuck to my nail...wth...my nails were extraordinarily crooked and had WAY TOO MUCH acrylic. I found it in a pretty busy shopping center tucked away in a corner. I needed my gel manicure re-done. I walked in literally 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Tammy was more than pleased to take me. Yay! I no longer had to worry about showing up to work the next day with a busted manicure. :) Tammy works very quickly... I would not say rushed... In the door, no chatting, out the door you go! She still made time to give my hands a quick massage/rub. Personally, I do not care for chatty convo when I am getting a mani or pedi. I just want to relax and drift off into la la land! They have a nice variety of gel colors. Total cost $25 for a gel manicure AND she removed my old gels! I WILL return for sure! EDIT/UPDATE: I returned a second time for a new gel manicure and Tammy was not there. Another lady did my nails and she did very poorly. My nails looked terrible...messy application at the cuticles... did not cover the sides of my nails... my natural nails were showing... she broke my pinky nail and it HURT. Usually no wait, convenient location I frequent this shopping center for the Ledos, Target and Bank of America. As such this a natural place for me to get a pedicure while running errands. I'll usually stop in mid day and there is typically no wait (even on the weekend). They have a decent selection of nail colors. My biggest complaint is that they don't always listen. On my last visit I asked several time that they not cut my cuticles and they nail cut them anyway saying "just a little". I stopped her and explained that she was not to cut my cuticles. Sadly, this is a common experience for me at Vietnamese nail shops so I'm only taking off two stars for this. Overall, if you need a quick mani/pedi and are close by this place is fine. They also do eyebrow waxing, but I get my brows threaded so can comment on this service. So I went to largo nails. Im giving them 2 stars, only because the ladies there were very nice, but I give them zero stars for the nails. I got my usual SNS manicure because I absolutely hate gel and traditional nail polish. The technician filed my nails several times, until they were paper thin. She never offered to cut my nails, the powder (not SNS brand) was applied so thin that I can see my nails through the color. The last straw was when the technician couldn't open the bottle of top coat that's used with the powder, so she used gel instead....and if you remember earlier in the post, I hate gel. I always get SNS manicures (every 2-4 weeks) because the powder never chips and lasts for weeks aside from new nail growth. I paid $55 and by Thursday they were lifting on at least 4 fingers. It's now Monday of the next week and all my nails have to come off due to water getting under them. I even went back to see if she could fix it that Friday and it didn't help. I won't be going back, it's a waste of money. The first time was for a pedicure , I was pleased with the customer service and quality of the pedicure , regular polish lasted for 2.5 weeks without chipping or cracking so I decided that I would try them for a full set . My experience was traumatic as the guy who did my nails filed them so hard that he went down to the skin causing it to bleed , made my nails crooked and didn't listen to me when I asked him to stop .
