It hurts, but anything in that area hurts. But the sugaring leaves you exfoliated and smooth. The Bye-Bye Green cream she sells for preventing in-grown hairs is also amazing. Along with the exfoliating bar. It has changed my waxing experience. Let's discuss these brows...listen...you cannot tell me she is not out here giving life to faces. My brows look immaculate after she is done. I love the tint. If I follow the care instructions my tint lasts up to 3 weeks. My gym routine sometimes knocks it down to 1.5-2weeks, but it is worth it. She also gave me a helpful hint to help my brown grow in thicker...you will have to make an appointment to get that info. Because she is amazing she is always booked. I mean booked months in advance, but appointments open up, just keep checking the site and calling. If you are lucky you can get it.

It was a little confusing finding their unit, but I called and they kindly directed me the right way. I was impressed at how efficient Meisha was. Usually bleaching my roots is a 3+ hour appointment, but she cut, bleached and styled my hair in 2.5 hours. Really appreciated that. And the cut and color was the bomb! She really understands hair. I must've interrupted his favorite soap opera because he was trying to rush and attempted to skip steps. For example, he'd put product on one foot and not the other and put 3 coats of polish on one and 2 on the other. Totally defeats the purpose of trying to unwind if I'm clocking your every move. He got an attitude when I asked him to clean a tool he grabbed from the nail station. I'm trying to catch a plane, not an infection from a botched pedicure! Short version: Don't go here. There are no licenses posted in accordance with state law. Sanitation practices remain suspect and the technician's level of ability and give a damn are in competition for last place. Their rewards system awards 1 point each visit. After 10 visits, you earn $10 off of your service. GTFOH, are you serious? Consider how much people spend each visit and it only benefits the shop and not the customer. Focused on the number of people service and not the quality of the service. I think we should see other people.

She placed my feet in plain water with no soap, and I had to ask for a soak product. She then rushed into pushing my cuticles back without letting them properly soak. When I asked for a few minutes to soak, she snapped, "Do you want to do the pedicure or not?" and when I calmly responded "Yes but, not with disrespect." , she walked out mid-service--literally left the building--after speaking to another tech in another language. She tossed me to the other technician, who was also preparing to leave and couldn't finish me up. The worst part? As she walked out, [the original tech] she said "F* you" to me. * (listen closely to the video, you can hear her.) I left feeling completely disrespected and told the remaining tech (I think Ann) that her $20 fee for my toe tips (because the pedicure never got done) should be deducted from her paycheck due to her poor service. I've been coming here for a while, but after this, I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone expecting respectful, professional service if this woman is still employed there.
