Very unorganized and poor quality. Called ahead and booked 4 appointments. Arrived early, they made us wait 30-40 minutes. Then they did us one by one and had to wait for each person to be done. My pedicure was terrible, about 10 minutes in total. No soaking, no cuticle pusher used, no cuticle solution. Cut my cuticles dry without soaking them at all. Only did polish on my kids nails and charged us for full mani/pedi. Questionable if the liner of the tub was changed because when I sat down the liner was wet with a little water at the bottom as if it has been drained but not changed before he refilled it for me. read more

I stopped in on my last day of vacation. The staff was very nice. I had a guy do my nails (Theo?). And gave me one of the best manicures I ever had! He even painted a little heart for Valentine's Day. I loved the special treatment. They were very busy so recommend make a reservation or be patient if you have to wait. The wait it worth it. They had me soak my powder manicure off in a bowl of hot acetone and gave me a wipe "to scrub the polish off myself" then charged me 10.00 for polish removal. They had me sit and wait while they took another client between my pedicure and manicure 20 min. Someone else was able to take me after 20 min of waiting after my pedicure. Then she ripped my skin so bad in my cuticles that my finger wouldn't stop bleeding. I asked for a bandaid and got out of there, and won't be going back. read more

They either take people as they come in or overbook; either way, you are left waiting way past your appointment time with no explanation. The gal who did my pedicure kept forcing my foot in an uncomfortable position and was very rude!! I had a leg cramp as I left. My lower back also hurt from having to hold my leg up higher. Then she said the polish was bad and had to do one nail at a time. She said if it chips or peels in the next 1-2 weeks to come back for a polish change. Well it did and I made an appointment. Well. I'm sorry to bring a 1 star review to this place. I know it hits em hard on Yelp. But I did not feel comfortable in this establishment. I made an app for 3pm the day before, and then came in day of at 2:50 and the man in front told me he had no idea what I was talking about. He moved the app to 4:45. I get here 4:40 on the dot. We don't start til 5:10. Okay, that's annoying. But you know what! It happens. It's a salon. Things happen all the time and a nail tech could be late because of a previous client. No biggie. HERE is my issue. When I came back for my 4:45 app, there was zero acknowledgement that I was more than on time. Not even when I was still sitting there at 5pm. I got up and kindly asked and he said he was behind and it would be a minute. Okay. During the app I asked if I could get gel under my 1 inch nails, which is definitely uncommon, he said no and then I asked if we could do anything else. He literally ignored me. I was like....... Did he just have a stroke? It was SO awkward. I asked if he was okay he said yes. I was charged 50$ for a fill with gel polish. (seems high but that's the businesses prerogative) i left a crummy 5$ tip and if they nails were nicer and the service was more accommodating, meaning the communication was there, i would have tipped 20$ like i always do to my nail tech in California. Here's my advice to anyone reading this review that's a part of the salon, from one salon employee to another, PLEASE communicate with your clients, KINDLY. Check in with them. Work with them. The easiest way to get a bad review, lose a client and get a crappy tip is to literally ignore your client. Thanks. I did not feel comfortable talking to this individual in person because of how uncomfortable the communication was from the start. I didn't feel safe to tell him how awful my experience felt.
