The place is very cute, but I paid $112 for bloody cuticles and nails that felt like literal cement bricks. The sides weren't even painted and I left with the polish full of bubbles and dust from the file. When I asked the technician to please file them down, she said she would only be able to file one down(the ring finger on right hand) which you can see is still visibly bulging on the side and bloody from the intense filing. Came here because I needed to get my nails done for my baby shower. I have never done apres gel nails before and I let the girl know this when I sat down. Right off the bat, when I told her it was for my baby shower, she leaned over very rudely, looked at my stomach and said "pregnant? Where" you don't look pregnant at all" cue the awkward laughing and the "yeah I'm 8 months." I'm not a thin girl so it's easy to miss but it's definitely an awkward thing to have to explain. She didn't really help with suggestions as far as color goes. She applied a very sheer pink color with French. While they looked pretty, under the nail was very messy and you can see the glue used for the nail From over the top. The manicure did not look clean or neat. After my manicure I kept looking at my nails and I just didn't love the color she chose, but decided that I would just make do and continue with my pedicure. The pedicure was fine, nothing out of this world but here comes another comment. As she's working on my toes she says "oh my God your feet weigh so much." Again, I'm pregnant. I just felt this was so rude and uncalled for, but I just shrugged it off. I paid (a very hefty price tag), tipped and left. About an hour later I couldn't stop thinking about my nails and how messy they looked and called the store. I think the owner answered and told me to come back and have them fixed. When I got there, the girl Was visibly annoyed, but had to call the owner to get approval To do a polish change. I'm super thankful that she changed my color for me to make me happy, but she blamed me saying this was the color I chose and that I should have gotten something darker. I left happy with the fixed outcome. About three and a half weeks later I came back on a Tuesday to remove my apres nails. They advertise discount on all services on Tuesdays and Wednesday's, in which I confirmed that it would apply on apres removal. The same girl started with the removal but then passed me along to someone else. The removal turned out ok but left my nails brittle, short, and cracking. When I went to pay they charged me full price. I don't understand places that offer discounts and don't apply them automatically the day of. I also wanted to pay in cash, but because the owner wasn't there they had to invoice me on my phone in which they charged me an additional credit card fee on top of the full amount. Overall, I won't return here. The quality, service, price, and just overall vibe here was not it. Honestly, I came in to have this place a try, the customer service was spectacular, but unfortunately my lashes came out over processed and damaged, the lady who did them was very nice but when I called to complain and tell them about it the lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not care to help me with the issue, I tried to explain to her and instead of understanding she argued that how could my lashes be damaged but there was no obvious lift. The shop is beautiful but unfortunately not worth the price. Maybe it was my experience with the lift but I will not be coming again. I received a gift card from here for Christmas so i made an appointment to have a Microdermabrasion facial done. Just my luck the machine decided to not be working that day so i feel like i was not able to get the full experience or my treatment. Because of this the esthetician said she would just give me a regular facial, however i felt like all she did was put some creams, a cold compress and a mask. Did not really do extractions for me or anything that a facial should consist of. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. The placed looked exactly like the photos. I saw it online and decided to book an appointment that morning. I tried to book online but I couldn't book two. So I called and was able to book my daughter and I an appointment. In the future when I book online I just need to do two reservations. The place wasn't packed at all which I loved and everyone had on mask. It was also sanitizers at the stations. Our appointments started on time. The jelly pedicure is definitely the way to go. I usually do deluxe paraffin pedicures but I decided to try the jelly. I haven't seen it any place else. The jelly pedicure is instead of your feet sitting in water it's in a warm soft squishy jelly. It also included hot towel and massage. The customer service was amazing, the nail tech had good conversation and the music was great (not to loud, vulgar or ratchet). The receptionist came by throughout to check if you needed anything. She was nice and friendly. Since my daughter couldn't get the cotton candy champagne she made her a virgin version. Place was pretty and chic. Took my niece and I to get our nails done. My nail tech did an amazing job didn't get her name but her nail tech I believe didn't know what she was doing. Nails look roughly finished an extremely gump in the back. I called after to see if I can get them fixed and the girl said that's the way it's supposed to be because they are apres. I've done apres before and that's never happen. But to each it's own. And on top of that all her nails are supposed to be matte and she left one glossy. Now I feel like I paid a fair amount of money to be able to get a decent job done or at least feel like I can come back and get it cleaned. This place ruined my dinner and evening... You may ask how a pedicure gone wrong could ruin your dinner and evening. Simple, if your wife was looking forward to it and it pissed her off, your evening gets wrecked - Happy Wife, Happy Life! My wife had been to this relatively new salon once before and even brought our son's girlfriend there as a treat. My wife is an elementary school teacher and she is on her feet all day. Thus, she looks forward to an occasional pedicure. On her prior visit, Ying took care of her, and Ying did a great job. My wife booked today's appointment with Ying (Please see photo). When she got there, they seated her with someone else. It was almost as if my wife would not notice. "Really!" My wife explained to the manager that her appointment was with Ying, and she would wait. I found this spot on Instagram and thought it was super cute so my friend and I decided to give it a try. We made the appointment over the phone for both of our services. The day of the appointment we arrived early and picked out our colors and unfortunately couldn't sit next together which was a bummer since that's why we made the appointment together. My friend began earlier but for me they didn't help me right away. It was frustrating because one of the employees was actually getting their nails done. Which it's fine but if several customers are waiting why is there an employee getting service done? It's unprofessional. There was even one point where several workers started getting lip injections done... Everyone there was very unprofessional. The nail techs all seemed new as well because both my friend and I were very disappointed by the outcome and price. It's almost like you're paying for the aesthetics of the salon. It was extremely overpriced especially for the service and outcome. We both bled several times during pedicures and the manicures. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. 1 WEEK UPDATE: my toe nail is severely infected with lot of puss and bloody. Again, stay away from this place. I have been coming to the salon for over a year now. They normally send a 24 reminder confirming your appointment which they didn't. I had to reschedule my appointment due to medical issue and when I called to reschedule Karina ( she has ZERO people skills and barely speaks English) told me that I would be charged a cancellation fee because I didn't cancel within the 24 hour period. I tried to explain to her that I never received the text confirming my appointment otherwise I would have reschedule for a later time or day. I called at 9:06 and my appointment was at 9:00am. So disappointed in this place. I made an appointment for me and my sister at the same time a few days before. I get a call the day before my appointment at 5pm saying that my appointment needs to be moved to 12:30pm or 2pm. Like most people, I work and that simply doesn't work, which is why I booked it at the time I booked it. The receptionist was so rude and said that they never confirmed the appointment. Why having a booking system if you need to additionally confirm the appointment? Also, call me the morning before - not at 5pm when all the good nail salons have booked and I can't in anywhere else. After some back and forth she offers a 7:30pm appointment. I'm in desperate need of a manicure, so I move my schedule around and accept. I get to the salon at 7:30 and was greater by the receptionist. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink and to pick my color. I noticed that the nail tech just sat down with a girl and started to do her nails. I was then told that she was almost done and that she would be with me soon. "Almost done" meant 45 minutes behind. I know that people fall behind. That's not the issue - the issue is that from the beginning I knew this salon had horrible customer service. I sat there for 45 minutes and NO ONE addressed me. No apologies. No explanations. The receptionist was too busy doing another employee's lashes and ended up being on her phone the rest of the time I was there. The nail tech seemed nice but didn't tell me anything either. I finally got up and said that this was absurd that it was 45 minutes and I hadn't started my service and the receptionist was like "I mean she's running a little behind she's almost done" - 45 minutes is not A LITTLE BEHIND. I received no apologies. Nothing. Learn how to treat your clients or you will lose them. You can have a cute aesthetic but if your customer service is mediocre and you don't know how to run a business, you won't be in business very long. read more

Apart from being an adorable space, it is clean and smells great! They also offer you something to drink during your time there and are quick to answer via social media or phone. I started off by doing my eyebrows at The Beauty Box a few months ago and fell in love. I have been coming ever since. Today I did a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and it was fantastic. My nail tech was extremely detailed, clean and nice! She took her time and did an incredible job. I went yesterday to Beauty Box for my first nail appointment there with Diana. I asked for dip, a pedicure and a very simple colored french tip design. I came with two of my nails broke. So we had to cut them down which was fine with me. I got my pedicure first. The first seat they put me in flooded with water. I was very understanding, but the process took more than 2 hours to get me out of the salon. I really did appreciate them taking me in the day of, but the service didn't meet my expectations. Diana, who said she had 20 years of experience, kept burning me with the drill on my hands and her dip process confused me. She used a gel Polish on top of my dip which began to chip today in the morning. I never had anyone put gel on top of dip before. I have done nothing really with hands since and I have never had dip chip so quickly. I specifically get it because it is so strong. Although she did my toes first and I waited over an hour after and wore sandals all day. Still, the nail Polish on my toes got messed up from putting socks on. Which is honestly ridiculous to me. Toe nail Polish should never take over a day to dry. Honestly, I was baffled. I got in contact with the store via text and they did offer to redo the mistakes. However; with my work and moving out, that was not possible for me. Especially since I wouldn't even want to go back after being burned so much by the nail tech. They wouldn't give me even a partial refund for the service, which is why I am writing this now. I do feel like doing a French tip is a basic nail technique that every nail tech should know. I felt as if the lines were not straight and the process was rushed when she was doing it. I will admit that the store is beautiful and everyone there was very nice. However, I will not be returning and I am unsatisfied with my nails completely. I would not recommend this place if you are particular with your nails like me, especially after spending over $100 there and tipping generously. read more

Beautiful little spot. I decided to try a new place closer to home to get my Apres nails done. They didn't last 3 days before they were falling off. I called them and the receptionist was very nice. She asked me to come in same evening to get them reapplied. When I got home I noticed that one of the nails the manicurist applied was smaller than the rest. I didn't feel like calling back to complain again so I just let it be. A couple of days later, more nails were falling off. I'm sorry but I will not be returning. Especially when I paid more money than my usual place for unsatisfactory service. The nail tech needs better training in applying Apres nails. I have been here a handful of times. This is my "backup" place for when my nail tech is busy or for last minute manicures. The salon is always clean and well kept. But I have to say that there has been a significant increase in price since I started coming here in June 2021. To start off, their gel mani and regular pedi is $52. Pricier than most salons but because I needed it on a Monday I was willing to pay the amount. My nail tech today was super kind and did a great job. At check out, however, my total price was $69. I asked for the break down and she explained that it was $52 for the mani/pedi, $5 for gel removal, and $5 for "design". The difference of $7 I'm assuming was tax and percentage fee for paying with a credit card. I was in shock. First, I've never paid (anywhere) to have my gel polish removed. Second, the "design" I got charged for was glitter that I added to my 2 ring fingers. It wasn't art or anything that takes great skill and talent to do. Once again, never have I paid extra for these services in any nail salon. I normally wouldn't write a review but ever since I left this salon I've had a bad feeling in my stomach. I can't believe that I spent $79 (69 dollars plus tip) for a gel mani and regular pedi. It really bothers me, especially a couple days after Christmas.
