Bacon chicken avocado sandwich with chips

A gem in Bushwick.... You can get a solid meal for under 20 bucks. The coffee is of quality and will wake you up. I'm a big fan of the pastries. For a small cafe, the selection is great and they always use fresh ingredients. Go try the blackened chicken and bacon avocado sandwich on ciabatta bread. 10/10.

My delicious iced Nutella latte -_-

Such a cute place with great sandwiches but they can't get a to-go order right. Second time I've ordered from a delivery app and they screw my order up. You pay extra for iced drinks and will not receive it iced. Quite annoying as this place is a bit overpriced for when it comes to coffee. To add injury to insult this hot drink they gave me is a foamy cappuccino that's more foam than anything. The sandwich can't make up for this coffee issue at this point.

Nice vibe & good food. A little on the pricey side, but mostly worth it. I typically order delivery, but visited in person recently. I got a sandwich, which was really good. Their açaí bowl is my favorite in the neighborhood - hey use coconut cream and it really makes a difference.

Came here for the wifi but the food and coffee ended up being delicious as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the wifi is strong in both areas, so it's a great place to do work. Acai bowl was very generous and nicely arranged, and I'd also recommend the sandwiches (I got some hot honey pork with cucumbers deal? Can't remember the name). Seems like they also got open mic and/or movie nights in the area downstairs. Will definitely be back if I'm in Bushwick again.

Just had to give a quick shoutout to this place. Cool little nook with a cozy outdoor patio, good coffee, tasty food and friendly staff. Check it out if you're in the area!

Can I study here late night?

Late nights might be difficult because they have events sometimes during the night time. But till 7-8 was pretty chill.

He was so kind and warm and genuinely treated us like he knew us personally, which added so much to the cozy, homey vibe of the place. The space itself is really cute -- perfect lighting with red tones, exposed brick walls, and such an intimate, inviting atmosphere. We ordered the charcuterie board and it was one of the best I've ever had. It was packed with an incredible variety of meats and cheeses and was more than enough to generously feed our table of four. At a lot of wine bars, I leave still feeling unsatisfied, but this one was filling and so well done. I had the Riesling and it was amazing -- the perfect balance of sweet and dry. And the real star of the show was the grilled cheese with ragù. So delicious. I'm from LA, but we will absolutely be back every time we're in Brooklyn. Highly recommend & cannot say enough about this place! It was one of the highlights of our trip :)

Our server Sam was really knowledgeable and gave us a lot of recommendations. We ended up going with all of his favorites which were the sugar snap peas, the bigeye tuna and gnocco fritto, white asparagus and soked sablefish, the soft-boiled egg and blue crab and finally the steelhead trout. Sam was wonderful to also suggest us really delicious, salty, fresh and wild white wines to pair with our dishes. Everything we had were perfectly cooked with bold flavors. I could definitely taste the care and detail put into every dish. For the smoked sablefish dish, the sauce was so delicious, we asked for some toasted in-house sourdough to soak it up. The pavolva dessert at the end with the surprise paired wine was the perfect ending. I can see why this restaurant is well loved and feel very lucky and grateful that we could have an opportunity to dine here. Thank you so much Sam and team for a wonderful time! This is my most favorite restaurant in NYC!

On my second visit, the thoughtfully designed space felt just as inviting. We sampled the rest of the menu after loving everything last time. Standouts included: Delicate Long Island fluke, perfectly portioned for sharing Squid ink deviled eggs - so good we ordered them again Deceptively simple lobster rice, bursting with flavor Revelatory yellow fin tuna - I'd return just for this The mackerel's fishiness may polarize, but the skin's easily removed for milder tastes. Desserts shone, from the millefeuille to cherry panna cotta with contrasting jellied top and luscious pudding beneath. Only quibble: a spoon would serve the panna cotta better than a fork for scooping every drop. When we asked, they graciously brought one, even noting they should consider always doing so. Reservations are scarce for good reason - Four Horsemen is a gem. I'll gladly vie for a table again to see what other creative dishes emerge from this kitchen. With just a bit more attention to small details like cutlery pairings, it would earn that final star.

The bar (in the former Spuyten Dyvil space) is almost comically different in look and feel from SD. It is elegant and has an almost suburban feel. I walked in 29 seconds before they opened and they told me so, and I went across the street to walk around bc I was meeting a friend and by the time I went back they were packed (this annoyed me...slightly....). :-/ However, we were given a table, even though there was some confusion at first as to whether we could have one if we weren't eating. But we did have food! And they were friendly, and the service was unexpectedly focused and tight. I'm not a huge wine guy, but I enjoyed the glasses of wine I had here. The menu was lovely. The small plates were very good, but Rude Mouth has taken *more than a small cue* from Bar Jambon, in Gramercy, the wine bar connected to the Michelin-starrred restaurant Casa Mono - in their wines and their small plates (ham, bread, butter, etc.) Who can fault them, really? Are you gonna hate on every rock band that wants to sound a little like My Bloody Valentine? Enjoyable, serious place, good wine, solid food, nice vibe, no real complaints, worth your time.

Right off the bat, the bar area is absolutely gorgeous and meets you with so much warmth, light and joy as soon as you walk in to this establishment. I plopped myself on the bar and had the pleasure of making conversation with Elouise and Alejandra. They put in my standard two dozen oyster order and paired my platter with a glass of the happy hour white wine which happens to be their house chardonnay. The oysters were delicious although I must say there was a lot of shell pieces inside, which was very annoying to eat. I don't think this is necessarily the fault of whoever is shucking them. I noticed the oysters they serve have a lot of thin slivers of shell on the edges which are bound to end up in your mouth. Perhaps they can try serving another variety of oysters? Just a thought. The chardonnay was pretty good and service was amazing. The girls at the bar also let me try the Ten Bells red wine which is produced specially for them in Boudreaux, France. It was a beautiful, light, and smooth red blend. As a wine lover, I will definitely be back to try more of their wines on tap.
