I didn't even get all the way through the door when the lady ( I use that term loosely, ) at the counter lit into me. " We can't take that here, that's a ground shipment. See the G on your package? See the E on those boxes on the floor, that's for express, we only take express packages here. You'll have to take that to the airport, that's the only place that will take ground shipments, so don't even try anywhere else. " she then proceeded to give me instructions to the fedex facility at the airport. I never did get more than halfway through the door. I was so shocked at the rude treatment I didn't even reply. I just left. Packed my box back to my car. So much for Aloha. Unbelievably rude and condescending. Not heeding her advice, I took the box to Office Max.
