We used Yelp's project feature to find a company for a full air duct cleaning on our two-story home, and J&J was one of the first to respond. From the start, they stood out. They asked thoughtful, specific questions, provided a clear quote, and patiently answered all of ours (and we had a lot ). Gilbert and his teammate arrived right on time and kept us updated from when they were en route to when they arrived. They were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process--wearing shoe covers, being mindful of our neighbors while setting up their equipment, and walking us through each step so we always knew what to expect. Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

He was very honest about the situation: the birds are perching on the edge and fly into the runoff from the jacuzzi to the tub. Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool.
