We never felt rushed and were very helpful with trying to pick out frames and what type of lenses each of us wanted in our frames as well as explained what the cost of each item was for any options that we were interested in. Both of us will highly recommend this location and doctor to everyone! We will not be looking to go anywhere else for glasses and exams from now on. I am very happy to have found him and highly recommend him. the office staff are okay - not particularly friendly or outstanding. But Dr. Pancher is wonderful.
