What's bad is I let him fix his previous mistakes. I let a thief open my phone and steal parts twice ‍. Cellularport fixed the brackets he left off that keeps the connectors in place and removed the plastic seal he left on that was running my phone hot about to blow it up. They gave me a receipt, a screen protector, a free charger and warranty feeling sorry for me. They only charged me $70 to fix his cheap screen and errors. He was defensive when I told him about his mistakes and made racist and insulting remarks as if I didnt try to give his small business a chance. Weeks later they said he didn't work in Sharpstown Jewelry store anymore, he moved. FOR SURE A SCAMMER!

The lady (possibly the owner?) went out of her way to give me a good quote among FedEx, UPS and a host of other shippers, putting the shipment in an envelope just the right size to help me keep the cost down. It was clear that she has repeat clients, as a regular in cowboy boots came in just after me. I liken it to PostalAnnex or the UPS Store, as she has a wall of shipping supplies, a machine for getting keys made, mailboxes for rent and also a large-format printer. There are also notary services available. But the lady seemed as sweet (and thorough) as ever! I love to shop local, I love to shop small so Spring Postal & Business Center had all the bells and whistles. I'm glad to add it to Yelp.

We were told that our printer would be available the next day and that the ink nozzles just needed to be soaked over night to dissolve the clogs. However, when we called two days after dropping it off we were told that Malik hadn't touched our printer yet and we needed to wait another day so that he could access what was wrong with our machine. After 5 days of waiting, the printer nozzles still had not been cleaned. We decided that it was better pick up the printer and take it somewhere else than to continue to wait with false hope.

We called in a service call for our copier and they had a technician out the same day.
