When I first got the plant
Ashtyn P.

2 stars for the health of the plant when I picked it up and the variety of plants they offer (mostly outdoor) However; every EVERY PLANT I got from this location (3) Was infested with white flies (2 of the 3) and the other with mealy bugs. Unfortunate Probably will never go back. It's been a battle trying to save my little plant babies who are all indoor.

Do not come to this store. It only took 5 minutes and two cars including mine got broken into and robbed. The manager, Richard Warren, is both helpless and incompetent. There was no help offered from the store. Customers should NOT feel safe coming to this place.

This place is a rip off! I purchased 5 plants for $9.99 and went back to get 5 more and they charged $16.99 for the exact same plant at a different location. It was not a sale or special item. This is how they rip you off, they put the exact same plant in a larger container and charge more money. Be extremely careful shopping here! They say better plants for less, but buyer beware! That is false advertising! Go to Home Depot or Lowe's instead. When I called Matt Hopper they pretty much told me to F#*k off because of their "all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges" I will never shop there again!

Staff is rude on the phone... when I called the other day the lady was abrupt and rude regarding my questions on the business. I was trying to understand if I can find a certain plant for my business that sprays water at people... they seem to spend more money on advertising on the local TV stations... one commercial even had monkeys, which makes this place look like a circus. I prefer to call this place the "Houston Circus Center" due to the logo of the circus tent and people who don't know how be courteous and are clowns running this business to the ground... this business will not last in the next 5 years or so...

Nope! Customer service was appalling. Even the manager was rude. This is the location at I-10 and the beltway.

Sure it's smaller than a big place like Houston Garden Center, BUT they make up for that in so many…read moreways. First off, super nice staff that is actually knowledgeable in what they sell! I went here for the 1st time about 2 weeks ago just looking, with one specific thing in mind I wanted to buy but expectations low (I'll get into that later). I did end up getting a small basil plant, and then a bigger tomato plant. Spent less then $7 and both plants are still doing good. They sell a huge variety of items, and definitely a spot to get more rare items. So initially I came across this place by googling what places might have butterfly pea and people mentioned getting it here here. Mind you though the posts I saw on fb were over 7 months old so I figured depending on season I might be out of luck, and so I went with low hopes the first time I went and they had none. (Wonderful selection just not what I was looking for, plus I had people waiting in the car for me so I didnt really get to look more in depth into all the plants.) I did ask though as I was checking out if they would be getting some anytime soon (I really didnt want to try growing some myself from seedlings) and the lady said they should in a few weeks and even gave me a card in the case I wanted to call ahead to see if they had any. Well she wasn't lying cause I went back today and they had the plant I wanted in stock! It was an impromptu kind of trip so I didnt bother to call ahead, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it as I walked in. Also walked out with a "dragons breath" and my parter walked out with a "mexican bird of paradise" and a "boxwood basil" which we had yet to see and the few other nursery/garden stores we had been to. We'll be back every now and then to see what other unique plants we can get. 2 pics show the bigger plants we got that we repotted as soon as we got home

It's my favorite small nursery in town because they have nice variety each week, good value, and…read morefriendly service. There is a store with great gifts including soaps and candles. They have nice hanging baskets. They also have a lot of herbs and vegetables including tomatoes. Highly recommended to add joy and color to your garden.

Walking in here is like walking into a Zen garden. Also the top-notch service. I met Sydney today at their physical location and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I met this company three weeks ago at the Lynn Market Square here in downtown and I bought a peace lily. I liked it so much. I want to go buy another one. I like how they prep it and put it with water in a vase. Such a great look at my high-rise. I love it.! The customer service again is top-notch. Sydney was the best. The space they have here is one of the most peaceful nice places you'll ever visit. The energy here is good and real! I'm gonna make this one of my go to places to get flowers, and things of that nature. The easiest five star review I've done in a long time! If you follow me, I suggest you stop in and pay them a visit.

Helpful service! I needed dirt so we stopped in. He said they will receive a shipment the next day,…read moreso only one bag of "general dirt" was available. I purchased that for $5. I also got a vermiculite potting mix for my Chelsea Hoya. He gave me a great tip to slowly increase the size of my pot when I repot each year (I wanted to make a big jump, but that could shock the plant and not give it time to adjust). I didn't buy any plants this visit, but when I need a new plant, will stop here first.
