They were like next day or day after, whatever works best for you! I was very grateful since I was in considerable pain. Arrived for my appt, be advised it's a tiny parking lot with a lot of construction work around it. Waiting area was nice and clean and chairs were comfy compared to most. Front office staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get everything in order for me to be ready for my appointment time. Paperwork via iPad was super simple and easy to fill out. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

I had an appointment for an MRI on my knee and I have a spinal stimulator. I was told to make sure…read morethat the remote was fully charged and I did. However, when I got there and was finally able to go back for the MRI they told me that they needed the remote!?!? I told them that nobody told me to bring the remote just to have it fully charged. So, they couldn't do my MRI after waiting 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.

I went into the emergency room with severe abdominal pain and the staff got me in with 30 minutes even the ED was full - they recognized that I was in severe pain. I was the admitted to the surgical unit and prepped for surgery. My surgeon showed up at 11:00PM!! And I was in the operating room within 15 minutes. They saved my life! I would recommend this hospital to anyone in the Southeast Harris Co area and beyond. Everything the medical center can offer, they can do as well, except heart surgery.

Why 5 stars? Because an MRI is never exactly the most fun, but I guess this was pretty painless…read more --- --- --- Going in for an MRI is a pretty unfortunate process. It means you're hurting somewhere. And the actual MRI itself is such a bizarre thing. In the not-so-distant future, we will look back on this technology the same way we currently look at VCR's. Not to sound snooty about a machine that can look inside your body, but it's insanely loud and you must remain perfectly still like you're dead for it to work. Every time I go in for one, I can't believe this is still the best way to do this. However, that's the case for any MRI. And my Alliance MRI was pretty painless. I was called back before the start of my appointment and the whole process was no nonsense. A few days later, they sent the report over to my Ortho, and bonus points to Alliance, I had no tears in my achilles. I can give credit to them for that, right?

The staff is very nice. Sometimes they have late afternoon appointments after 5pm if the schedule…read moreallows. They can only scan and bill your insurance for two body parts at a time. So if you have multiple scans, you need to make more than one appointment. Come early to fill out your screening paperwork. They have lockers to lock up your things. Make sure you remove all jewelry, watches, phone and metal. Better to wear a bra without wire and sports bra. You can keep your street clothes on if it's appropriate (meaning no metal zippers or clasps), otherwise they have gowns to change into. I'm saying this to be funny but very serious: if your hair extensions or wig has metal clips in it, it has to be removed. The machine is loud and they do provide ear plugs. Be prepared to lie flat for about 20-30 minutes. They do give pillows and blankets to make you comfortable. Most importantly please be absolutely still and do not move inside the machine! They have to stop and start over and that creates delays. Both of my appointments were delayed 30-45 minutes because of previous patients. A simple thing like mri report is now taking all morning and neither location is helping. Print it out in a word document or something and email it to me since your server is not working. Ive tried 4 times 2 times from each link you both sent and im leaving a Google review with screenshots and I want the owner to know whats going on because im sending this to my attorney as well It took too long to make appointment with your open mri its been over a month since I did mris in pearland July 9th. I never got my disk and I saw you gave it to the 2 black men that were there before me that day. The girl was making errors that day and I never got any follow up info from you or Matthew's who dropped the ball since she made the order. Im filing a grievance with the TEXAS MEDICAL BOARD FOR THEM. I just want my mris so I can email to my new doctor today, it shouldn't take this long the delays are making my pain worse and we can't fix it until we know whats wrong!! Not a reminder on the day of or anything too extra, just a email starting I made my appointment for my own reference. They first said they don't do things like that on the normal so they didn't want to do it but couldn't state in what sense or what policy didn't allow this? Really it sounded like they just didn't wanna go out of they way for a customer! I went talking to the first clerk then taking to another clerk or started her conversation ready to be high tempered with me with out asking what I was really asking for. They have bad customer service and talk reckless like ending conversation and hanging up before I could say I want to cancel my appointment! Guess I just won't show up!
