First time coming to this clinic and I had a wonderful experience! Called them to schedule and they…read morewere very accommodating, no two or three week out appointments. They were like next day or day after, whatever works best for you! I was very grateful since I was in considerable pain. Arrived for my appt, be advised it's a tiny parking lot with a lot of construction work around it. Waiting area was nice and clean and chairs were comfy compared to most. Front office staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get everything in order for me to be ready for my appointment time. Paperwork via iPad was super simple and easy to fill out. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

However, when I got there and was finally able to go back for the MRI they told me that they needed the remote!?!? I told them that nobody told me to bring the remote just to have it fully charged. So, they couldn't do my MRI after waiting 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.

Thankfully, she placed a referral and when I arrived for my appointment on a rainy morning, I was greeted with all smiles and a quick check in. I was given a white bracelet and sat in the less crowded lobby watching Bobby Flay on the television. Within 30 seconds, I was being called out. I met with sonographer, Arianne, she was extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. She explained everything and couldn't tell me the outcome, despite knowing it. The procedure was quick and I was out in a jiffy! I was told that the results would be posted immediately on MyChart. Low and behold, they were and it happily I wasn't diagnosed again with a double whammy health condition. I didn't want to be, but I definitely want to be more safe than sorry. The clinic is immaculate and organized. A huge parking lot with plenty of slots. It is attached to the UT Health building next door.

All i wanted to say BE CAREFUL, Memorial Herman imaging is useless and full FRAUD company - Its a…read moremafia between this center and the insurance companies. Both will blame each other shamelessly. Over to my case- My PCP asked me to do a CT (with couple of years of liberty) and Memorial Herman imaging (MH) called me saying that they got my imaging request from PCP and asked for insurance details. I provided and next thing happened is got a call from them to schedule the appointment by saying that " Cigna has Verified and Authorized this scan and you don't have any financial commitment". Poor me believed this and went to the scan. Scanning day same dialogue after verifying my medical card. All good and went to scan. After 3 weeks i got a shocker bill of nearly 1K plus another radiology bill of around $100. WTH.. Now the mafia started their blame game. I talked to the MH Billing and preservice center and came to know that my insurance denied bill partially and hence the due. When I called Cigna they says MH very well knows that there would be patient's part on payment and they are not sure why MH mentioned "No financial commitment". Immediately, I raised a dispute claim with Cigna and you know what - after a week onwards I got "Silent junk call" with voice message to contact MH (4 times) plus multiple bills due reminders both from MH and radiology. I again contacted MH and Cigna and same blame again and again. Though MH is the culprit which I believe to make my scan at their center with false commitment, they are not even ready to even make any talks with me. Completely FRAUD firm. Cheating everyone to get their business. Eventually I need to make the payment.. Not recommended to anyone!! BE always careful in dealing with this mafia firm..

From the moment I arrived, Laura and Amy treated me with extraordinary kindness and professionalism. They explained every step of the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The level of personal attention felt like the concierge-style care I experienced while living in Germany under a national healthcare system. Dr. Trevino was exceptional. He is not the kind of detached, assembly-line physician often associated with the for profit, high-volume American "healthcare" system. Dr. Trevino was warm, engaging, and genuinely present. Before and during the procedure, he put me at ease with music and his calm demeanor. We chatted naturally, making what could have been an intimidating experience feel surprisingly comfortable. Overall, Dr. Trevino is a delightful conversationalist who treats patients as people and not as numbers. I was so relaxed that I barely realized I was having a biopsy. Best of all, I experienced very little pain. This was one of the finest healthcare experiences I have ever had in the backwards "healthcare" system in the United States, and I was born and raised in the US. The compassion, respect, and patient-centered approach reminded me of the outstanding care I experienced in Europe, where the focus is on people, not profit. The Rose is truly a blessing. After Memorial Hermann estimated nearly $10,000 for my biopsy, The Rose's estimate was less than $700. Providing this level of care while making healthcare affordable is an extraordinary service to the community. Some of the negative reviews seem to expect concierge-level amenities on a community-clinic budget. My experience was quite the opposite. I encountered a team of skilled professionals who genuinely cared, communicated clearly, and treated me with dignity and compassion. Kudos to Dr. Trevino, Laura, Amy, and the entire staff. You transformed what could have been one a stressful morning into one marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine human connection. Thank you for proving that outstanding healthcare can be both compassionate and affordable. I left feeling grateful, not demanding or nit picky, but deeply appreciative that organizations like The Rose exist and make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyday people.
