I am a REAL ESTATE agent and had booked a move with another moving company, that goes by the name SPOTLESS MOVING and/ or Sophie's Movers | Houston, TX. (747)260-5664. They were going to arrive first thing, July 1, 2024 (Monday). The night before at 8:24PM, They texted to cancel. I was left with having to call around and find a last minute moving company. HOUSTON SUPREME MOVERS stepped up in the most amazing ways. Not only did they show up, but on time. They used immaculate care in moving items to the truck and unloading to the actual room they would be unpacked in. They were careful, professional, clean and the customer service was outstanding. If I were you, I would not waste your time on any other moving (especially SPOTLESS/SOPHIE'S MOVING). Please beware when using this company I have been texting this manager for over a week for over charging me when I used them to move on Nov 30. Before anyone tries to say anything negative I have evidence ( text messages , call logs , and names) I hired this company for a move but on the day (Nov 22) I was suppose to move into my new apartment this moving company forgot all about me . I had to contact them the move was schedule for 9 am so at 9:30 I called them . I spoke to the manager who said that his movers should be at my property which they wasn't so he stated he will give me a call back . Once he finally called back he stated that it was scheduling conflict so they needed to reschedule we schedule for the next day which was Sunday (Nov 23) at 1pm. . But later on that day on Saturday (Nov 22) I called the company backs and spoke to their representatives to change the move date due to my new apartment ran into some issues so I rescheduled the move to November 30 for 9 am . The company was notified well in advance and I was advised that I was confirmed for Nov 30 move day . But on Sunday Nov 23 I received a phone call from the Edwin ( the driver) stating he was at my apartment I advise the driver that my move was rescheduled by the company rep and he should have been notified but I apologize for inconvenience. The driver hangs up and say ok he will call the company then he texts me this nasty text Stating I waste his time and I should have told him . I didn't reply but I contacted the company because that very unprofessional. The spoke with rep and he advise me that driver will be taking off my schedule move day for Nov 30 but then he precedes to say I shouldn't take it personal . I said yes I took it personal it's not my fault yall have bad communication and he shouldn't talk to a customer like that . Now , I will fast forward to the move day (Nov 30). The driver and two other movers show up but guess what it's the same driver that was unprofessional on the phone . So, they move me in 3 hrs and now it's time to pay I was quote $490 which was $100 for the truck then $130 a hr for 3 movers . But when it's time to pay my total comes up to $660 I pay and then I ask for a receipt and advise them this isn't right . I contact the manager and ask for an invoice it takes him over 2 hrs to send one . When I finally get it I called him because the extra funds that I paid he said that for when the driver showed up to my house to move me but I cancel under their 2 hrs window . I advise him that I reschedule the move on the same day they forgot about me which was Nov 22 then I sent all text messages with me with their representative, plus the unprofessional text from the driver , and phone log showing that I rescheduled well in advance . I even told the manager I shouldn't be penalized for their Representative not doing their job by contacting their drivers about the reschedule. Since I move on Nov 30 I have sent text messages to the manager everyday and have been giving the runaround or just not answering . The message I received last was he was out of office and when he return he will check his emails to see what the owner has agreed too about they matter . Please beware of using this company they up charge for their mistakes and don't care if you have the receipts to back up what happen . I won't be doing business with them anymore . The mover didn't show up on time and I was not able to reach out to the customer service for 2hrs despite of calling them multiple times. Only after I texted the cancelation, they called me back and my moving started with 3hrs of delay. Probably, the sales and customer service would plan another move before me and won't want to explain that to me. The moving staffs were professional and I moved cost effectively so overall, it as OK. I hope honest communication as time planning is important to the customer as well. read more

Gilbert was communicative with me the whole process as well and kept me updated with what to expect. Price was fair and it was the best quote I received after reaching out to numerous companies. I had another company scheduled and they didn't show up on time so it texted Houston Supreme Movers and they were at my place within 30 minutes, with even lower rates than the previous company.
