Awesome vet office. We have 6 dogs coming here to see Dr. Miller! I have two GSD 2 doodle and rest mutt. They are all treated well and I love how the staff accommodate each of my pets needs!

Dr Miller is the best !! My baby Zoey loves him after all he saved her life , my husband and I have nothing bad to say about him . I too work in the veterinarian field where I can get discount care for Zoey but I feel like he's her Dr she choose because she is a very anxious dog but with him she is calm and she trust him . The staff is very sweet to her and knows her as soon as we walk in again thank you for all your services YOU GUYS ROCK !

Took my dog there a few times for boarding before last week. I hadn't had issues until the last boarding. I dropped him off Thursday night. Friday while I was boarding a plane I get a call that he's been hurt. They said he'd been outside in a separate run and jumped a fence to go after another dog. I asked how tall was the fence. They said 4-1/2 feet. My dog has never once jumped a fence that size - I know because it's the same size that separates our yard from the neighbors. Even if this is the case, the fences should be higher since my dog is only 33 pounds and they must take care of dogs bigger than him. He suffered a pretty bad cut on his face and it required stitches. The vet said they'd cover it. When I went to pick him up from boarding they charged me the entire amount for his stay. I asked why I was being charged for the entire amount of the stay when my dog was injured during his time there. She simply said "these charges are for boarding, not the injury." What in the hell?! My dog has stitches across half of his face - possibly because of negligence. At the very least because your facilities are not safe for a dog that's only 33 pounds. They offered no apologies and instead tried to blame my dog for being able to jump high. I do not recommend this facility for anything. Your dog isn't in good care there.

I recently left him there for 5 nights while I was out of town, August 13 - 18, 2025. I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.

This one has been difficult to write…read more We've been taking our pups here for 5+ years and have nothing but positive remarks about the team, services and facility. About three weeks ago, we had to do the unimaginable. Our oldest pup had kidney failure and we had no choice but to let her go to sleep a final time. We called ahead so the team would be prepared. What I didn't expect was the professionalism, empathy and preparation we received. For starters, they have a private, separate entrance to accommodate the gravity of the situation. You enter into a room where you are given time to spend with your pup and family in these difficult final moments. Only when you're ready do you signal via a silent button for the vet and tech to come in. They explain the process and give you a little more time to say goodbye. After a final confirmation, the process begins and is over quickly. Throughout the process, the technician is stabilizing your pup and saying sweet words to them and us. We had the option to hold the pup ourselves but couldn't. When it was over, we were allowed to remain in the room by ourselves until we were ready to leave through the same private door. I thank Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic for their support, compassion and their private accommodations. I can't think of a more respectful way to handle such a difficult situation. A final comment, they have after death care services available as well.
