What made the situation even more frustrating: if I placed a new order, the website showed the same items could arrive in about 30 minutes. When I pointed this out, the representative suggested that I could place another order--which meant paying again for the same items. So the end result was: * I paid for expedited delivery * No delivery attempt was made * The only solutions offered were wait for a refund or pay again Unfortunately, this experience makes Walmart delivery difficult to rely on.
