I ordered 2 popup beach cabana's, which were different sizes so I could check them out. They send…read moreme two of the exact same cabanas in different colors, but smaller than the ones I ordered. I called their 800 number and tried to explain to the Indian outsourced center that they weren't the correct size and after a bit of discussion they finally grasped that they were the wrong items. They claimed to have found the right ones (confirmed stated sized on the listings) and told me they would send out the replacement and gave me return labels for the first ones. I was told that I would receive the replacement in 5 days and it wasn't tied to the return. When the replacements didn't come I called back and was not informed that I needed to return the originals first. There is no reason to do this as there are multiple ways to handle this, but this was now what I was told. I explained that they were summer season items and it was now 3 weeks into the summer and I still don't have what I ordered and was unhappy that it would take another couple of weeks for them to get the items back and then resent replacements. I was told "not to worry" as soon as the returns were scanned by the carrier the replacements would be sent. I returned the original cabanas are required and waited to hear back as to status of the replacements. After a week of not hearing anything I called back again and they had to look into it and found out they received the originals days earlier and no one seemed to understand a replacement need to be sent. They then processed the replacements and I received emails confirming. Days later I received the replacements -- the exact same ones I returned and not what I ordered. I tried to get the US HQ phone number and could not. They don't publish any other number than their 800 number and the Indians that answer that cannot do anything other than what the script tells them and then apologize for the company. If a company views their customers simply as a pile of cash to take from then I don't think they deserve to remain in business. For those who have not options, let me give you a BIG Walmart apology, you're screwed. For the rest of us we need to put Walmart on the bottom of the list and cut the list above them. Look at reviews and you will see their marks are at or near the bottom.
