They brought us some extra very small salad dressings. Upon receiving our bill, The Shed charged us $1.00 each for the extra salad dressings. I am sorry to say but in our eyes this is so tacky on the Shed's part. They have good customers spending lots of money and they have the nerve to charge EXTRA for some small amount of salad dressing! For food, count on a couple respectable vegan entrees and I went with the Japanese eggplant with cashew ricotta. The eggplant is delicious, slightly sweet with a creamy rather than chewy (thank god) texture. The cashew ricotta is also tasty, but I do think it needed to be blended a bit more to remove the slightly grainy texture (the cashews might have needed more soaking). My father loved his French onion soup and pastrami sandwich. Separate paragraph for the fries. They deserve it. I'm glad we ordered these to share- it's an enormous platter of them. I appreciated that they were salted perfectly. I appreciate restaurants that can make satisfy a variety of preferences and dietary restrictions. The vibe here is festive and vibrant and a great choice for groups and families.

I believe that they offer coupons on each pizza box, so when you get 10 coupons you get a free pie. This could be what keeps people coming back which pays their bills. If you can't make good pizza, is there really a point in trying anything else?
