I had opted for a whole wheat wrap, rather than a pita, and I loved that they had lightly toasted the completed dish, even with its inclusion of romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes. Well, Soup Maison and Latin Kitchen makes soup an everyday food! There's always the favorite tomato bisque or tomato tortellini soup but with a rotating menu of different soups and other dishes plus a deli and empanadas, you really can't go wrong and it can be different every time you go. My new favorite is the tomato tortellini soup paired with one of their empanadas. I'm a fan of their beef empanada but their buffalo chicken empanada was a great balance of a savory chicken with just the right amount of heat. Try it with the green sauce, it's not for everyone's taste but it's a great mix. The fact that they have many soup options (with samples, if you wish) you can pair it with something or just go for a large and have it all to yourself makes it a place to mix and match on every visit. It's a comfy place, but there's not that much room to dine in, but there's a small table- but I don't mind running back home, get comfy and enjoy the food. Service has always been friendly- don't hesitate to ask for a taste, but let them do it- it's not self serve.
