We were unsure where we wanted to eat but we decided on this place after seeing the long line at in n out. It was 30 minutes before closing time and yet they were also still busy. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming and took our orders fast. I ordered a small HYD House salad (they were out of Caesar salad) and a 12in sausage and garlic. We sat outside and our food was brought out as ready. The HYD salad was delicious! It was fresh, crisp, and loadedddddd with toppings! The pizza was massive and more then enough to share. I was curious to try How Ya Doughin' Pizza because of the Florida-born sourdough crust. As a Bay Area native, I'm contractually obligated to believe Oakland has the sourdough pizza game on lock, but I'll admit it... this was a very pleasant surprise. As of July 1, 2026, this is one of the few spots open in the developing BLVD commercial area on the Strip. It's tucked behind the very busy In-N-Out Burger, so at first we weren't even sure it was open. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who gave us some solid recommendations. We landed on the crimini mushroom pizza, which was a risky choice for me because I usually avoid mushroom pies. Too often the mushrooms release a bunch of water and turn the crust into a soggy situation. The staff assured us theirs was worth trying, and they were right. They have a clever workaround: some of the mushrooms are prepped and cooked down into little flavorful bites that get distributed across the pizza. Basically, tiny umami bombs. Zak's exact review: "It's an umami bomb." Hard to argue with that. The sourdough crust was thinner than my beloved Oakland-style pies, but honestly it worked. The outer crust had a slightly flakier texture that I really enjoyed, and the whole thing felt like a nice variation rather than a compromise. We were in the mood for some pizza. After the long walk to get there we ordered a 12 inch pizza good for two people. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the menu. This new, mouth-watering pizza can be found at the top level of the BLVD complex, directly across from the top level of the soon-to-be three story In and Out Burger. My wife and I tried their "Spicy Goose" pizza. It's topped with pepperoni, provolone, soppressata, calabrian chili, and garlic. It certainly had a kick, but was totally tolerable. The crust is perfectly crisp. It isn't so crisp that the pizza remains still as a board when held, but enough to where it doesn't completely flop downward. The secret hasn't gotten out just yet, so it isn't super busy here. But I have a feeling that'll change sooner rather than later, so get here now. read more

First discovered this place through an event and decided to stop by again to try a different pizza! We decided on the 12 inch vodka pizza and added mushrooms. It was so delicious! My sister and I very much enjoyed it, we were surprised that we could finish the whole thing by ourselves, it was that good! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly! First time having sourdough pizza and WOW. So yummy with the perfect texture. The crust is not too thin and not too thick--soft and slightly chewy, but not super airy like some regular pizza doughs. It doesn't taste sour or weird at all. Got the 12 in Cremini pizza and it was sooo flavorful--perfect if you love mushrooms and onions I personally thought it tasted even better with red pepper flakes, but that's just my preference There's this mashed creamy mushroom on top? This place is superb! The customer service is top notch! Cashier was able to answer all questions effectively which steered our choice in pizza. The inside is rather small but there is plenty of seating space outside. The music is playing and the wind is blowing which makes it a peaceful spot to sit. You can also people watch as others go up and down the walkway -- if that's your thing. The pizza was delicious, perfectly cooked and the only real greasiness/messiness was due to the chili sauce they put on top of our choice of pizza. I had a bottled Coke and my wifey had a Saint James Mango tea. They bring your pizza to you in a pizza box and will ask if you need paper plates and napkins. Awesome place with a pizza experience that is better than any standard chain. They have great fired pizza with unique flavors and quality ingredients. The spicy goose was good i love the spicy kick of the sauce, and i love the crust it was airy and flaky. We add mushrooms and onions on them extra $1 or so. Then we also ordered chicken wings im very surprised i love the honey it was good it complimented the spicy rub sauce of the chicken wings. I did asked for extra honey on the side to deep the chicken, it already came with a ranch. I got the vodka pizza and added pepperoni and mushrooms. The cashier said it was a little spicy but it was only barely spicy (which is fine) the flavor was great and the crust was very thin and crispy. The pizza came out fast (but I was the only person in there). I got a 12 inch and I think you could split it with someone if you are not too hungry. I went straight for the unconventional toppings and tried both the pistachio and the cremini pies. The cremini is earthy and cheesy with a gentle sweetness from the roasted onions. The pistachio is drizzled with truffle oil and honey, leaning almost into dessert territory. Both are equally delightful. The location is a stunner. They've just opened inside the new BLVD, a three-story retail and dining complex across from T-Mobile Arena. It's perched on the third floor with a handful of indoor high-tops and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the strip. If you're driving over, scan their free-parking QR code and park directly behind the building. My only wish is that ordering half-and-half pizzas were a little easier as I had to beg for mine. Pricing is on the higher end with 12" pies ranging from $14-$20 and 16" from $22-$28 but the quality is there. 16" classic pepperoni pizza wasn't really our cup of tea. Not sure if the same dough size is used for the 12" and 16" but the 16" crust was really thin and had the texture of cardboard. The 12" cremini pizza was much better crust wise. It was paper thin but had a little bit of chew to it. As for flavors, the cremini was amazing. The pepperoni, not so much. We rushed our decision on the pepperoni and should have gotten the spicy goose instead. We can taste the bitterness that a few people have mentioned. While it's not really burnt, it has char spots and it picks up the bitter flavor easier than most thin crust pizzas. It didnt bother us too much. It is there slightly but not every bite. We didn't park on site so we're not sure how parking is. Service was very friendly. We saw some non customers come in asking to buy bottled water. One of the employees was super friendly and gave them water cups for free tap water from the soda fountain. We were really impressed by this since it's Vegas. You pay $15 for a bottle of water here. Also, they offered free water as an alternative to bottled water. There is a high top bar to eat inside with about 8 seats? Tables are outside on their patio. At the moment, there aren't a lot of other stores opened up, but keep going up and you will find it. Visited on the evening of 2/1. My initial impression was fairly good. This is new spot on the strip but away from the hustle. It is located on the 3rd floor of the new BLVD structure. I did not use their parking. The inside seating is inadequate and awkward but the outdoor patio seating is plentiful. The young lady at the counter was friendly. My dining partner and I ordered the 12" Vodka pizza and decided to dine outdoors because otherwise we would have been sitting inside with our backs to the door and counter. The pizza tasted good and the crispy crust was not overcooked. This was the only meal my dining partner and I shared and was the last meal for both of us that evening. About 2 hours later, we were both ill. The only thing we had in common was that pizza. We did not share a drink or eat after each other. No one else in either homes were sick before or after this incident. My illness lasted almost a week, while hers was a few days. Looking at the ingredients for pizza, I'm guessing it was either cross contamination or improperly handled Cheese. Can not recommend at this time. read more

Absolutely amazing experience!!! It was my first time at the BLVD, and I didn't know about this place existed until I came here. It looks like there's a lot of shops and alot more businesses opening here very soon. It is a new construction project. It's located on the rooftop of the new Blvd shopping center (third floor), with parking in the back. Make sure to scan the QR code when you arrive inside the Resturant and not the one posted in the parking lot. They offer validated parking. There is stairs, elevator or escalator stairs that you can take. The place is on the smaller side, but it is sleek and modern, but most importantly very clean. Inside seating is very limited, mostly bar stools and the outside patio is bigger with tables and chairs. There is also an observation deck on the same level, which would be a nice place to sit and enjoy pizza with a great view of the Aria, Waldorf Astoria, Veer Towers, and the Cosmopolitan. The food was absolutely delicious. I have tried the "Spicy Goose" pizza, it had a touch of spice, the crust had a delightful crunch and it was delicious. It is made with a sourdough and it is better for your digestion than a regular pizza dough. My wife had a Pistachio pizza and she loved it. It wasn't sweet, it was made with white sauce and being pistachio lover it was a real treat! Yummy! They have fountain beverages (Coke products), as well as bottled sodas. It was very thoughtful to warn me, I would have been sad if I couldnt have ate it. Joey cooked my pizza and it was amazing! I got a 12 inch, its enough food for 2. I love the view, its on the top floor of the blvd where hawaiian market place use to be. Its clean, spacious and they offer indoor and outdoor seating. They got my pizza out fast. Last time I came here the main appeal besides the food was the view of the strip, but unfortunately that view is completely blocked now by a new restaurant on the patio. Plenty of tables, as well as a great view of the Aria, Waldorf Astoria, Veer Towers, and the Cosmopolitan. They have several ordering kiosks, but if you need help, someone will assist you. We ordered a 12" half pepperoni half sausage pizza, and had them add sliced onion on top. The pizza, which is sourdough (hence the name of the place), had a thin and crispy texture. The flavor was excellent, and of course we needed to heat it up with some red chili flakes. We also ordered wings, which comes in a serving of eight pieces. It had a type of herb flavor, and the ranch they served with it, also had a herb flavor. Different but good! They have fountain beverages (Coke products), as well as bottled sodas. The workers were very friendly, and that just made it perfect. One last thing: this place will give you complimentary parking. How Ya Dough'n is newly opened at the new BLVD shopping district across the street from the Aria. Parking is easy but expensive with no locals discounts. That's not the restaurants fault, just a cost of life on the strip. Parking TIP. I may be wrong but I believe If its your first visit you can scan the QR code on the restaurant counter to get free Parking but only if you ignore the signs in the parking lot telling you to scan the QR code there before you leave. After that 1st visit it seams that the cost is not discounted. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor and indoor seating is a counter that seats about 10 people. The draw is the large outdoor seating area that encompasses much of the 3rd floor. We went for lunch during the week and it was not very busy but the people working there were very friendly and personable. The menu is pizza focussed with a few hot appetizers and salads and soft drinks. The pizzas are definitely unique with a 12 inch sourdough crust that is cooked to a thin and crispy texture with a slight char. Even the more traditional pizzas have a slight twist to the topping choices. On our visit we tried the Pistachio Pizza and the January Special pie called the Funion. The pistachio had a slight truffle taste blended with an array of flavors and finely chopped pistachios. The Union consisted of a mixture of cheeses and multiple types of onions, leeks and chives.
