I really enjoy the Margherita pizza ($20) from Solamente Pizza. The crust is soft and the bottom of the pizza is crisp (if you eat it straight out of the oven). The pizza is even excellent when you get it to go. Solamente shares a large parking lot so it's convenient for meeting up with friends and family for a slice. Overall it's easy to order online and pickup is easy. The staff is usually very nice. read more

The crust here is sooo good. Neapolitan style, super airy, rose perfectly, and had that satisfying chew that's hard to pull off. Honestly one of the best Neopolitan pizzas I've had. The rest keeps up. Mozz wasn't overcooked (this happens way more than it should), the sauce was perfectly balanced, ingredients tasted fresh. One thing I'd do next time is ask for sauce on the side for dipping. We are from out of town and came in a little over a year ago. While driving through town recently we made sure to come back because we loved it so much. Don't let the price be a reason to turn away..the ingredients are better than most pizza places. Their dough is a labor of love - taking 2-5 days to make which makes it more digestible and filling! Despite being a huge fan of neapolitan pizza, I'm not sure Solamente is for me. Their dough is definitely light and airy when fresh. Unfortunately, due to their emphasis on dough, Solamente pizzas have an aggressively disproportionate ratio of crust to toppings. Coming from someone who usually thinks eating out means food that is too heavy or flavorful, I thought their pizzas would benefit from a lot more ingredients (or less dough). The problem is I'm not sure they can add any more toppings given the texture of their dough, as the middle of the pizza is already so floppy that their pizza was unusually messy to eat. I could not even pull a slice out without having what few ingredients were on the pizza sliding off. The kicker is I actually attempted to check them out a few weeks ago and they were entirely out of all their special dough pizzas despite going at around 6PM. Not sure if this reflected their immense popularity within the community or if they were having issues with product supply, but it was bizarre not being able to order their supposedly signature items at a primetime hour. I can't say this place isn't worth a shot as their dough truly is unique, but there's so many other competitive pizza options in Las Vegas that I would prefer to go back to instead. read more

Me and my wife loved this place ! I'm someone who likes thin crust but we decided to try the square (deep dish) pizza and it was fantastic. The edges were crispy with cheese, the pepperonis were small and slightly spicy, and the marinara was sweet. The dough was much lighter and fluffier than I was expecting, and very flavorful almost tasted like sourdough. The menu is limited but interesting. They offer one size of pizza but many of them are unique. They also offer a few sandwiches, a few salads, and desserts. It's casual you order and pay at the counter and seat yourself. We tried a "Mistakenly Margherita" pizza. WOW! The flavors really BANG! And the crust is extra special..........The texture and the taste. It's very light and very easy to eat. One pizza might not be enough for two people. My only peeve is that the crust is too large for my taste...I wish it was smaller so I could have more pizza. I guess that is why they sell sauces for dipping the crusts. We also shared an order of cannoli. They were better than most out there with very creamy filling and delicate flavors embellished with chocolate chips. I love to support locally owned businesses. Solamente Pizza was no exception. I'm happy to see their average rating of 4.6. I wanted to try it for myself. Unfortunately, I can only give this site a solid three stars. This is a small restaurant that offers plenty of free parking. The parking lot is shared with other merchants in the shopping plaza. You seat yourself with a menu and then order at the counter. The server will bring out your order to your table. For this day, I ordered a margarita pizza. They do not have fountain drinks but only individual cans/bottles. Four dollars for an individual iced tea. Perhaps this is the new normal but then, NO ICE available? How can this be? How can a restaurant operate with no ice. I love ice, thus the three star rating. Pizza was "meh," could be better. I half of it home but unfortunately, it ended in the trash as it didn't reheat well. Good luck, Solamente. I wish you well and may be back to give it another chance. read more

I ordered the pepperoni calzone with a side of marinara, which came out quickly and was fresh. The calzone itself was tasty, but a little unbalanced -- most of the pepperoni was bunched in the middle instead of being spread evenly throughout. The marinara on the side was underwhelming; it lacked depth or flavor, which made the dish feel a little flat overall. For $25, I was hoping for more "wow" factor. Delicious and satisfying. The location had plenty of parking, clean and the staff were very inviting. They answered all my questions as I have not been here before. The ambiance felt chill and plenty of seating. There was also an arcade game to play while you waited for your food. Been recommended to try Solamente by many others and saw that they won a pizza prize as No 1. So I definitely had to try it. We got takeout of the spicy special and meat lovers since I wanted to watch tv with it and maybe it was because we took it home? The pizza was not as good as I thought since I had in mind there's a high chance this would be the best pizza I will find in Vegas. It's definitely still a good pizza but not the in the top 10 that I've had in my life. I was expecting an airy and crispy crust but the crust was not that airy or crispy, it was ok since it's still charred, which brought extra flavor but yea the dough was not as good as the toppings. It was a lot of chewing. The toppings were good. The crust was also super wide, so the percentage of pizza with toppings is actually quite low sadly. I don't know... Maybe it has to do with Uber Eats but I ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza and when I opened the box I was so surprised at the size of the pizza, not only that but at $27 for a cheese pizza and $31 for a pepperoni pizza with literally 4 slices of each pizza --the math isn't mathing. Restaurant is kept clean but definitely smells smoky from the ovens?inside (noticed this both times I walked in). The first time my husband and I went on a week night, they told us they did not have their signature crust & only had the thin & crispy crust available. This was disappointing as the whole point of us coming was to try their crust & so we decided to make the drive back again another day. When we came back, we ordered 2 pizzas. Both were ok, but felt there was too much crust in relation to toppings. The Pizza Spicy Special didn't really have much of a kick. The Pizza Biance Miele felt a bit bland and cheese was a bit rubbery in texture. Took home leftovers but honestly felt it did not taste that great reheated. Very overpriced, not worth it, but it was good. The first time we tried a margarita pizza in there, we were shocked how small it was for the price. My husband could have eaten a whole pie by himself. I then ordered a pie one night with Door Dash, only because there a special, buy one, get one free, just a regular cheese pie. It was okay, nothing great. This location is not on the Vegas Strip. This is about 20 minutes west of the strip. Parking was plentiful and location was easy to find. We were greeted by the cashier and she also delivered our food. The owner of the store, Ethan, came out and asked us about our meal. I must say, for a casual dine in restaurant, he and his staff made us feel like we were in a fine dining restaurant. The owner expressed his goals with us and we hope he expands to southern California! We loved their hospitality! The ambiance was very laid back and very clean! It has an open kitchen so you can see everything that they do. They have some low counter top tables and some high tops. Their restroom had so much space and had a changing table for infants and toddlers. We ordered the a.p.b., meat lovers, chicken pesto for pizza and the burrata capresse. Our favorite was the A.p.b. it was out of this world. The flavors and the ingredients used for this pie was out of this world. Another thing that was amazing was their dough is similar to "sourdough" but without the sour taste. Their crust was thin and fluffy. We did not feel like we over ate and we didn't feel "heavy" afterwards. Their sauce and cheese were just the right ratio! I cannot praise this place enough! You should ask them about their dough. There's no other pizza place like this one! Their ingredients are locally sourced with the exception of basil coming from California, and everything is made in-house. We've been to Solamentes in Town Square multiple times and loved the couple running the place, so we wanted to come support the new location. We came tonight and tried the thin crust pesto sausage pizza. The cheese was so rubbery and the crust wasn't crisp, it was just hard. I let them know nicely after taking a bite, and asked to switch to the original dough. They refused. Later they came and said we could have a leftover margarita pizza with original dough. WTH? I'm a customer, not a begger. So we remove all the sausages off our pesto pizza, thinking we'd need to put it on the margarita...and they bring out another pesto pizza on regular crust. SMH. Good luck with the expansion. We'll continue going to our favorite pizza spot in Vegas, Double Zero pizza where they remember and appreciate their customers. read more

The kitchen is an open concept, and you can see their two large pizza ovens. Quality of the pizzas are great, so it took about 15-20 minutes to get our pizzas. I thought I was going to order the cacio e pepe pizza, but I decided to get the Daniel Gigi (with no arugula). You had me at butter, horseradish, and truffle! My hubs got the chicken spinach. I'm so glad I got the Daniel Gigi. It was covered with a hefty amount of prosciutto, and the unique flavors without the traditional marinara sauce were amazing!
