Pizza is great, customer service is lacking. I get the pan pizza and I've had it at least 10 times prior and they would let me get any flavor on the menu for the pan pizza. The menu only shows two options for it, but they've let me order any other pizza combo for the pan pizza every other time I've been in the store. I went today and they told me they couldn't, which made no sense because I did this prior. I asked why and I couldn't get a straight answer. I'm disappointed that I couldn't order what I wanted to, but I also live 20 miles away so I wasted my time and gas money because I just ended up leaving. I have pictures of my previous pies too so I'll post those. Probably won't come back after this experience.

Two wrongs may not make a right, but two zeroes make a great sandwich. Double Zero Pie & Pub is a gastropub in the Center at Spring Mountain, a strip mall that's pretty busy in the evening. Good thing they added lunch when it's not so slammed, and great thing I finally made it out for said lunch... even if it wasn't to try their pizzas. I had my eye on the Chicago Hot Beef Dip ($19.00), their take on one of my favorite sandwiches. They serve it dry, but it's actually pretty great on its own with the airy bread and tender short rib augmented by gooey mozz, creamy kosho aioli, and potent giardiniera. The beef jus does magnify everything though, and the bread easily soaks it up. My overall impression is that salt is a flavor and they really complement it with the spices and the acidic punch in the giardiniera. There is an included side with the sandwich, either kettle chips or a salad. I normally like to fill up, but I was sold when the server said there was arugula. This arugula is fresh and intense, and it's dressed with balsamic drizzle and perhaps a vinaigrette. The small bits of cheese and what I can only describe as sundried grape tomatoes add little bits of fun in every other bite. I also really loved the house-made Green Tea Yuzu Soda ($5.00), which was a great sipper alone but also really counterbalanced the intense food items. Yuzu can be great on its own, but I'm sure the green tea added subtle nuance on the edges. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I managed to show up at a quiet part of the day, so the relaxing music wasn't drowned out by any conversation. The atmosphere wasn't too dark since I was right by the window, and I was mostly left alone by the server to relax and enjoy the meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely have to come back to Double Zero to try some of the pies and perhaps some of the other house-made sodas. If the great lunch was a sign, I'm sure I'll be happy next time.

    00 Meatballs Garlic Bread

Went here for restaurant week so we could sample their menu and we were very impressed. Started with meatballs and garlic bread. The meatballs were so tender and moist! And the garlic bread was flavorful and covered in cheese which was a plus. We ordered the Margherita pizza which had the thinnest crust while remaining crisp and never soggy. We ended the meal with the Pistachio Cannoli which was the star of the show! Maybe the best dessert we have ever had in Vegas. While not shaped nor textured like a traditional cannoli, everything worked so well together. It was pistachio cream layered with crispy thin toffee and topped with pistachio and toffee crumbles. Seriously wow!! Wish I got a pic of the dessert but we tore into it too quickly!

Finally tried this spot out and so glad I did. Thankfully there was no wait and we were seated immediately for lunch on a Saturday. We went with the recommended mushroom pizza on a classic crust, and also the Nagoya (Detroit style) pizza. Oh we also started off with the Caesar salad, which must - super fresh and tasty. The service was great and very friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is really cool - old school Japanese vibes with classic pictures on the walls.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll def get the mushroom pizza and salad again!

Pizza was really, really good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went around 4 PM on a Monday and it wasn't very busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's located in the strangest of strip malls in Las Vegas' Chinatown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place must have a good reputation as the few others that were in there sounded like "pizza aficionados" by the conversation they were having with the staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was expecting a long wait based on some of the reviews, but my pizza was ready within ten minutes. What can I say, but this definitely was one of the best pizzas I've had. Granted, I myself am not a world traveler when it comes to pizza, this thing was better than every other pizza I've had so far. It had a little spice to it and the sauce was very flavorful. The crust was equally as good. It was bready but in a good way, yet still had a light chewiness to it. If you like warm crusty bread, you'll love their dough. And finally their pepperoni was very unique. It wasn't like a traditional pepperoni, but appeared more custom cut in mature. Very tasty. Highly recommend. I couldn't help but overhear the other patrons gush over The Funghi.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a nice, cozy spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came here after work, and from all the pizzas we tried, my favorite was the Funghi (V), really good and full of flavor. I paired it with some wine, and it hit the spot. The house drinks and dessert were also solid, definitely worth trying. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time of day, but once you're inside, it's a great place to relax and have a good conversation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance makes it easy to unwind and enjoy your food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definetly a chill spot with tasty pizza and a good vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Excellent pizza and incredible customer service. Very attentive wait staff that checked in on us regularly. We had a little issue where our pizza was delivered to the wrong table so we waited about 30 minutes for us to ask them about it. Once they recognized the mistake, they brought us free drinks, free dessert and gave us a percentage off our final bill. Very sweet employees who genuinely want you to have a great experience. Pizza was excellent, loved the chewy crust and the flavors are on point. Will definitely be back!

Amazing! My husband and I came in for a late lunch & everything was delicious. Loved the chewy texture of their neo-Neapolitan crust. Had plenty to take home as leftovers. - La schiacciata: focaccia topped with our favorite things - truffle honey & truffle cheese. Great blend of flavors - Funghi pizza: cheese & mushrooms, so good! - Diavola pizza: enjoyed this for the nice kick Service was super friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely will be back for more!

Cute pizza spot- small and dimly lit. We came around 445 during happy hour and were only one of two tables. Ordered bottled water for the table and the bartender brought over glasses with ice in them. We asked to switch them out as that defeats the purpose of ordering bottled water :) We asked what happy hour consisted of and he only said "everything on draft." First beer I ordered, he said they were out of. I picked another beer then he disappeared for a while and came back and apologized and said that beer was out too. At this point, I just asked him to please get the drinks for the rest of the table while I decided on a third option. While friendly, we had a couple of questions about ingredients on the menu items and he didn't know the answer to either of them. Both pepperoni pizzas (regular crust and thin crust) were excellent. The arugula salad was delicious as well. The La Schiacciata it was a hit with my mother-in-law and husband, but I didn't care for it, even though I am both a truffle and honey lover. It felt much too sweet and had too much cheese spread. I had called ahead for them to please make note that it was my stepson's 13th birthday, but nothing was ever done for that. A portable payment device was brought over to our table at the end of our meal. I don't love the idea of not being able to look over a check before paying. Despite some issues, I would still return here for the delicious pizza. I have hopes for a better experience and fully stocked beers.

    Short Rib Pizza
    Grace J.

The short rib pizza is a must-try! I stopped in for a quick bit and tried the short rib pizza on classic crust and pepperoni pizza on thin crust. The mandarin adds a citrus flare that complements the short rib quite nicely. Service was nice with water refills and came by often to check up on us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a dim lit rustic bar/restaurant that is truly a hidden gem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Hands down the BEST place for pizza in Las Vegas. The food is unbelievably fresh--it's seriously that good. The staff was so friendly and even went out of their way to explain how they make their amazing pizza, which made the experience even better. I honestly wish I could've eaten here every day while I was in Vegas. Total must-visit!

We stopped in for pizza after going to Omega Mart on a Sunday night and were seated right away. We had never been here so we took a few minutes to look through the menu. When our waiter returned we asked about pizza sizes and found out there's just one that seemed to be about a 12". He said he'd let us decide and then a while later we flagged him down to order. We got two pizzas and two appetizers. The wings we ordered were buffalo. They were not in the least bit spicy like the buffalo sauce we're used to. It was however very vinegary. Almost like a malt vinegar. They were fried well just weren't the sauce we had expected. Also ordered the focaccia garlic bread with marinara sauce. He brought us a side of ranch when we asked about the wings. That didn't change anything about the wings but the ranch was very good. Even liked it as a dip for the garlic bread. The pizzas are fresh but the Bri k oven style is not a fan favorite for us so sadly most of them thought it was just ok. I thought the flavor of the pepperoni one was good. Liked the kick of the oil that was on top. We got the sausage and peppers. Couldn't taste any sausage but the peppers had that same vinegary flavor as the wings and there were a LOT of peppers on that pizza. It was all you could taste. Sadly my niece was planning to pick them off and just eat sausage pizza but what she really got was a cheese pizza that tasted sour. It's unfortunate we had this happen bc I've seen so many great reviews of this spot. I also decided to try the tiramisu off online review recommendations. I got it to go. It is different with the dark rum for sure. Still good. Just know it will be different if you love regular tiramisu you could be disappointed. I would try it again but the rest of my crew wouldn't. So just knowing ahead what kind of pizza it is may have helped avoid their disappointment.

Rare weekend private game collapses thanks to numerous flight delays affecting other players. Flying solo with no poker buds. Why not eat and yelp about it? Simply one of the top pizza spots in Vegas turning out a near perfect, Italian authentic, Neapolitan pies. Yes, they use imported ingredients. Yes, the chef in a trained perfectionist who loves her craft. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!! It's all about the crust. Highly glutinous, chewy, crisp and blistered at the edges with good char but still with residual steamy moisture. A crust so good it elevates any ingredient placed atop it. The simplest Margarita pie, outstanding. Sweet but acidic crushed tomatoes, fresh fior di latte in a proper amount with fresh torn basil to finish. Perfect. While all the flavor combos are pleasing with just the right amount of toppings not to weigh the pie down, the Diavola and the Eggplant Caponata truly stand out both with pleasing flavors and a spicy kick. I mean who doesn't want a zesty eggplant caponata combined with Calabrian chili oil, a briny olive tapenade, herb labneh, crushed tomatoes and fresh fior di latte on a perfect ctust or the Diavola with its spicy meat blend? Full bar and local brews a plus. They call it "Neo-Neapolitan", I call it great. Visit after visit, OO never disappoints.

I brought my 2 year old! Kids are allowed :)

Can they accommodate large party of 8?

Can't say for certain, but they could piece together multiple tables in front of/across from the bar in order to fit 8 easily (4 on chairs and 4 on booth along the wall), from what I could remember.

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

Our guests were genuinely impressed, and everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were excellent as always--I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad cocktail here. I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, and we decided to stick with a few drinks since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, but after this visit, I definitely plan on coming back on a weeknight to order from the food menu. I'm not typically a Mezcal drinker but he made me a Naked and Famous w/ an orange vanilla Aperol foam. Paired with the lowkey vibe of the venue, it was the perfect pairing for a chill night out. Safe to say I am a huge fan going forward. Cocktail was well balanced and delicious. Will be returning! 5 Stars!

Booths and bar seating available. We were quickly greeted by a delightful young man by the name of John. Who entertained us with stories of his upbringing and his haka. The handsome chef came out to greet us and explained the menu and answered all of our questions. He served us the Korean fried chicken. Very crispy skin. Flavorful with a little bit of spice. Sat on a bed of greens. Next we ordered the sea bass. Light and flaky. Served with coconut rice and a mole sauce. The top was crispy too. The sides paired well with the fish. Also ordered the rib eye mole. The steak was tender and juicy. The smoked mole sauce was so good. Tasted very authentic and we were very surprised that the chiles actually came from Huahaca (?? Spelling). It was a great accompaniment to the steak. It came with house made fresh tortillas. We asked for extra jalapeños and hot sauce and they were very accommodating. I'm not much of a drinker so when I asked John, who is also a very talented mixologist, to make me something that tasted like juice, he delivered this beautiful lychee "martini". The presentation was amazing. And went well with my fish. They had me try the pickle drink. The foam on top was good and the "margarita" at the bottom was good too. They even surprised us with tofu cheesecake. I don't like tofu or cheescake, but wow, this dessert was light. Not overly sweet. It was a perfect way to end the meal. The Chef and John and the other mixologist from Thailand were so friendly that even when we finished our meal, they shared stories with us. They made us feel like VIPs in our own private restaurant with a private chef and mixologists. We felt very welcomed and not rushed. Will definitely be back again for the top notch service!!

Marisa Cocina & Cocktails is the place to be in Las Vegas for brunch/food in general…read more Food: chicken and French toast, chicken and waffles, eggs, and the hot sausage was really tasty and seasoned. The margaritas were strong and so good. Service: the service was average as the place was packed. However our waiter made sure we were good in his section. They do need more waiters due to the extreme business of the resturant. Ambiance: the place is fire, energetic, lively, and full of fun. It's spacious with a live DJ keeping the music and vibez going! There's an area for pictures including 360 photo booth etc. My overall score is 4.5/5.0 will be back for sure!!! Score would've been higher if the service was quicker.

Mariposa Brunch - Las Vegas…read more If you're looking for a brunch spot with great energy, Mariposa definitely delivers. The vibe was amazing! There was a live DJ, a hype man keeping the crowd engaged, and an overall fun atmosphere that made it feel like a party. The food was delicious--think soul food brunch with flavorful dishes--and the drinks were just as good. My biggest piece of advice: make a reservation. If you don't have one, be prepared to wait. We were initially told the wait would be about 45 minutes, but after waiting that long, we were told we still had to wait until all guests with reservations had been seated. Since reservations kept arriving, it felt like we might never get a table. After speaking with management and going back and forth, we were finally seated after about an hour. Once seated, it also took a while for our food to arrive, but the quality of the food, drinks, and overall experience made it worth it. Just know that Mariposa is off the Las Vegas Strip, so you'll need to venture away from the Strip to get there. Overall, if you make a reservation ahead of time, you'll likely have a much smoother experience. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are absolutely worth checking out.
