If you have insurance paying then you probably don't care about the cost. If you are out-of-pocket like me then you might want to find a smaller office that can give more individual attention. Again, the doc might be great but with the lack of callback, I wasn't happy with the customer service. Another employee there got snippy with me when I simply tried to leave my insurance person a voicemail about the billing, I called from inside the office when there were no other patients there and was ordered out of the office. I was not speaking any louder than their staff when they are on the phone.

My back had been my weakest link physically and I figured stiffness and chronic pain was the payback for all that running along with all those years.
