While preparing to paint our…read morefamily room we were removing our Samsung TV off-the-wall; we have a close mounting bracket for the TV so it's flush with the wall. As we lifted up the TV the cable wire pulled out of the TV. The bracket snapped right off.. My husband was so mad he said, now we have to buy a new TV; I said no way we can fix this!! So as I went through YouTube looking at how to repair this connection; I realized I should get professional help! A lot of people have written about the same problem with their TV; the connection (is not secured at the factory at all very well) it's just popped into the TV and if you move the TV in the wrong direction or put any pressure on it will break right off! The TV was too big for us to deal with! Thank God for Don; he fixed it better than what it was and did a wonderful, professional job for $125.00 ; save us 1000 bucks!
