Dr. Caputo and Tatum took time to ensure I was comfortable as could be given my urgent situation. They were responsive to my requests for additional support for pain and walked me through the entire process. I am so thankful they could get a new patient in so quickly and took such great care to ensure the treatment was successful. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. WOW! I needed to get my wisdom teeth out (all 4, and full sedation was the only thing I'd consider). Dr. Jimenez and his staff clearly explained everything, showing on the x-rays how the four teeth would grow in if I left any of them, explaining the concerns about them poking through the gums (which one had already done), outlining where a bit of reconstruction in the gum lines would happen, and going over my medical history to ensure I would have smooth and stress-free removal. This consultation was $69, but again that may be high because of the insurance issue. Delta Dental lists dentists here as covered online, but when they ran my insurance, it didn't cover them. The $69 consultation fee was ultimately put towards the surgery though which was appreciated, and the dental assistant was quite patient as we waited to get the pre-determination numbers for the entire sedated procedure. They were also very easy to book with; they got me schedule for the surgery less than 3 weeks after the consultation, which was much quicker than I was expecting given the backups in medical field appointments I've experienced lately, and were able to put together an acceptable rate as "uninsured" that I agreed to since it was in budget for what I had already expected to pay for this procedure. The building itself is pretty easy to access, has a very spacious waiting room, and feels clean and updated. There seems to be many locations for this dentist across the Bay Area that have that same clean and updated feel, so I definitely appreciate that!

The office is nice and clean. I have OCD and am a germaphobe, so I always check out cleanliness. Maria checked me out she was very friendly and keeps a smile.
