I got someone who had lost their beloved pet and got into the business because of the charges other charge. I let them know who Oscar's vet was and they told me that they have picked up from them before. The vet office had no problem and since I had to go in after work, they could pick Oscar up quickly. I picked up the ashes but they will deliver them also. You can even drop off your pet. They explained everything and even made extra copies of nose print and paws prints for Oscar's other mom. All for just under $200. Since I just adopted a 17 year old cat, I will probably need their services again. I will use them gladly.

Was not walked through better urn options or any other add ons. She essentially made us feel like she just wanted us to get the heck out of there quickly. She did not say sorry for your loss or even act like she cared at all of what a huge loss this was for our family. It was extremely jarring as my cat was like my soul mate whom I've had by my side through everything for 15 years. For 6 months he fought through a cancer diagnosis surpassing what even his vet expected of him. I went through SO much in this time, giving him medication, spoon feeding him, buying every product under the sun to get him to keep weight to help his battle. So when death finally came for him it was a pain unlike anything I've ever felt. So Miss "Having a bad day" really didn't help. Her complete inability to show any kind of care or emotion for someone entering a place that handles loss was unbelievable. The ONLY reason they're getting 2 stars from me is because as always the packaging and product received for him was still beautiful. But I would NOT recommend this company and I will NOT be back in the future. I'd prefer to go through this type of heartbreaking scenario with a place that is capable of empathy.
