I was there today with a leather belt that goes in the…read moretrunk of my car which was partially cut and only holding up by the two parallel stitches that go in the belt. The first thing that the guy does is to take the scissors and totally cut the belt. Then, he says that he cannot repair it. And even worse than that, he tells me that he does not have time to speak with me anymore because they are getting close to 1pm, the time when they close. So, I go there with a defective leather belt that is barely still working, ask to fix it and 10 minutes later, I go out the place with two separate pieces of belt, which I can't use and with no chances to think in a solution because he does not have time. What did I do? In addition to tell him that I will never return there ever and will make sure that all I know will not go there, I stopped by another shoe repair shop in Blue Ash where they of course told me that they can put together the leather belt, repair it and it will function as brand new. I don't know if he was Lee or Hayes but, you guys are the worse I have seen in years.
