I was met with a friendly phone operator that scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. The tech, Jake, showed up within the 2 hour window given, ready to work. He quickly located the problem, retrieved a replacement part from this truck and quickly installed the new part. Total bill: $235 (as opposed to spending up to $1,000 on a new machine). Chris came back on 4/14/26 and fully assembled the dryer and got the old Maytag working great with a new motor and blower. No extra charges for the visit/labor. Also he checked my dishwasher and showed me how to clean the food trap and did a quick inspection. Excellent service and we really like Chris and Stellar Appliance Repair! I am old school and do not like discarding and buying new - Chris can work with older mechanical appliances and give you his best opinion on whether to save or replace.

I have a bad shoulder so I asked Aaron if he could come to my place since I've got a bad shoulder it makes it hard for me to load the pressure washer into the vehicle and it's only 10 minutes away...and I've already paid him a lot of money. We have been VERY happy with the rapid response and professionalism of OMG. When our clothes washer…read morefailed, we were able to get their tech Anton to our house the same day. He worked very efficiently and gave me a detailed breakdown of what parts had failed, what would be involved in replacing it, how long it would take to get the needed parts, and exactly what the cost would be. When he returned with the needed parts a few days later, I asked if he could look at some issues we had with our kitchen stove, and he very kindly went over all the burners and the oven parts with me, going into the "innards" of the oven to diagnose in detail what was going on. He clearly explained what was going on with our clogged burners, clearing them on the spot, and showing me exactly what was going on with the main oven and broiler igniters (both of which clearly needed replacement; he took photos that showed exactly what was going on inside my oven). When it became clear that the broiler igniter was backordered, he went out on E-Bay to find one that could be delivered within a week. The full repair estimate was VERY reasonable and clearly conveyed to me - and it was less than half of what another appliance repair person had told us (without supporting details) when we tried to fix our stove before. I would heartily recommend OMG and their excellent tech Anton for any home appliance repairs - they're rock stars!!

I want to share my very unfortunate experience with Cain dba Integrity appliances. He showed up fix…read morea dark display on the front panel of my frig. His replacement parts did not work so he removed them & reinstalled my original parts. The frig worked & I paid him his service fee. I had a feeling this was temporary & he promised to come back with new circuit boards & fix the issue if the problem recurred within a week or 2. Very reasonable & I agreed. Well, the problem re-surfaced shortly & when I called him for follow up, he informs me that he will replace boards but charge me for them regardless of whether they work or not. This forces me to pay for a repair and hardware without any assurance of a repair. I have no problem paying for the boards if they fix the problem. This is not good business practice. To me, it's akin to taking in a car for service & being told, they would throw parts at it & the customer would pay for the parts regardless of whether it fixed the problem.

I knew if the former owners (who were VERY particular and took great care of this house) used Watts, then naturally they were the only place I called when our central AC died during the most recent heatwave - can you think of a more awful time for central AC to die?! Bubba was super thorough and fixed my unit. He even did some basic maintenance like cleaning to get it to its best shape. I thought I'd be waiting forever and would die in the heatwave lol, but they were able to get me in within 24 hours which I so appreciated. I'm a first-time homeowner so I don't have a comparison of what is considered "expensive," but I think in general, you get what you pay for. Other than maintenance I hope I rarely have to call Watts, but I'd recommend them for anybody who is in the unfortunate position to need repairs. :)

They have done dozens of repairs, compressors, boards, fans, Freon, I have even purchased appliances from them. As for the guy with the one star review, I see why they didn't come back, life is to short for that.
