Very reasonable price. I gave him a call & he swung by a few minutes later. I showed him some branches in the backyard that I also wanted trimmed. He gave me very good deal to combine the jobs. A week later a large crew of ultimate professionals got the job done in about an hour. Left the place spotless. Even threw in adding the mulch to my shrubs. Normally I do a bunch of research before hiring someone. I'm quite fortunate that Howard's Tree Service fell in my lap because it was the perfect job. Good value, great service. Extra shout out to the receptionist, who I spoke with a couple of times and was very helpful. I stupidly had my ringer turned off my phone and thus made her job much more difficult than it should have been. She never lost her patience with me failing to pick up the phone! Approximately 2/3's of the tree is over my fenceline, the understanding was that branches on my side would be trimmed. The crew only trimmed one area and left a significant number of branches on my side uncut. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the foreman, he said he could only trim branches on my side. The crew failed to address numerous branches on my side. They were here for a total of 20 minutes and charged me $350. Additionally, they failed to clean up to my satisfaction with a five person team. This was a simple job that could have been completed to my satisfaction with another 15 minutes of effort. Customer service was not displayed in my opinion. Ive used other tree companies and had a way better experience. I wont use or reccomend this company
