Approximately 2/3's of the tree is over my fenceline, the understanding was that branches on my side would be trimmed. The crew only trimmed one area and left a significant number of branches on my side uncut. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the foreman, he said he could only trim branches on my side. The crew failed to address numerous branches on my side. They were here for a total of 20 minutes and charged me $350. Additionally, they failed to clean up to my satisfaction with a five person team. This was a simple job that could have been completed to my satisfaction with another 15 minutes of effort. We paid them $7,000 -- a wildly overpriced amount -- but because they did a good job for us in 2022, we trusted them again. That trust was a huge mistake. It is now three months later and my yard is still in complete despair. The owner, Joe, specifically agreed to also remove the stump, and yet it still sits rotting in my backyard. Because of this, weeds have overtaken the space and my family hasn't been able to enjoy our backyard the entire summer. I have called, texted, and left voicemails multiple times. Joe occasionally responds just enough to string me along, then disappears to chase new projects and new customers' money, while completely ignoring the work I already paid him for.
