He's not pushy, he'll tell you if/when you can safely "let it ride" for a while longer "it's risky to keep going, here's what could or likely will happen and here are your options." I always just ask him "what would you do if it was yours?" and so far his guidance has always been spot on. He generally always has a 5-day wait list, totally worth the wait.
